Great platform for Org Charts and More!
What do you like best about the product?
From the very first login it was easy to use!

Nothing at this point. Can't wait to use it more.

The company needed an org chart. Next, I plan to create job position hierarchies.

Their training bites are great to help you learn how to use the system! I love being able to have an org chart where you click on someone to go to the next page!

I wish I could leave notes on the blocks with a more detailed description.

Its made drawing out the workflow for my processes a breeze
The Beast Process Builder
What do you like best about the product?
The flow and the UI is just easy to understand. The options available to create charts and flows is just awesome. We use it as a standalone without any tool. There's just none other in the market compared to this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some predefined colored blocks. I'm not sure if its available in the product already but I was not able to find it. Just adding a couple of colored predefined blocks would make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structuring the sections of the company has helped acquire more clients and helped existing ones with better flows. All the employees have been just clear after creating the new processes for each task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go with it without a second thought. It is probably the best company flow and process builder tool in the market. Just serves the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to put together workflows, system designs, and org charts
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the pro version, but it is still difficult to build shapes with imported data. It needs to have more options for importing spreadsheets and building images with multiple lines of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me visualize program design with my clients. It also helps us cut down on narrative space for presentations and proposals.
User friendly, collaborative and professional software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, have only had basic training and have managed to use it for stakeholder mapping.
Looks more professional than other software used before.
I Like the function to create the chart as a PowerPoint, this is useful in my work and saves time having to create another presentation

Sometimes the shapes don't re-format automatically with changed text size so have to re-format the template.

Stakeholder mapping- aids in visualizing a complex issue and is great to have all the information in one document.

Great Process Flow and Reporting Review Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it very easy to create great visual process flow charts and annotate them throughout. The toolbox has all sorts of features to color code or assign shapes. It's very easy to drag and drop items around the chart and then connect using an assortment of line items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that jumps out so far from a beginner's standpoint. There were a few items that I disliked at first but after watching more tutorial videos I figured out how to use them properly. I need to expand my use of the tool into other areas and then once I have more experience I can provide a deeper analysis of the product. I wasn't aware that Lucidspark was a different license agreement so an additional fee. The Lucid rep had walked me through a tutorial then after we were all done and he answered my questions, he told me that my company didn't yet have access and would need to make an additional purchase to use. This really didn't surprise me since the sale rep offered to walk me through the user interface and really just wanted the opportunity to upsell me on additional features. Well played!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has had issues with a clear process flow from product release to the end reports being created by our analytics team. Lucid has made it very easy to map out a clear path from product release to QA and development to data prep and finally release into production where it can begin generating data to build reports. Throughout that product life cycle Lucid allows us to communicate with our coworkers by tagging certain people and groups to keep eyes on the flow. From there people can easily provide updates and any changes on deadlines or requirements from the business. Once the reporting is created, Lucid is very useful when reviewing new reports. It allows us to whiteboard with end-users to highlight or cross out items they don't like or need adjustments made. It really opens up the conversations and eliminates the issues we've had in the past with communication struggles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend reaching out to Lucidspark and getting a high-level overview from a rep which I found very informative. The rep listened to my problem scenarios and then sent over some examples of how he would create the layouts in Lucid. He has also been very helpful in answering questions and providing any support I need. I would also recommend watching some tutorial videos when first starting so you can easily understand all of the tools and functions.

All the shape libraries. Also being able to change a shape without losing the arrows connecting to it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you make a hierarchical tree, it's difficult to make the child boxes symmetrical about the arrow coming from the parent.
Also, not enough styles. I would like to be able to apply a style that I see in one of the many templates.

Making step by step instructions for teaching. By doing so it actually helped my own thinking

I don't like how it's hard to share with others without paying a ton of $$$. It's also difficult for others to edit - not really first time user friendly.
