Flexible collaborative whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark makes it super easy to collaborate with team members from distributed locations. It enables synchronous teamwork that wouldn't be possible otherwise.
I've used it to collaboratively mind map, share process proposals, and conduct team retrospectives in live meetings.
The templates make it super easy to create what I want quickly. I also appreciate the ability to embed templates into whiteboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is nitpicky and subjective, but the visual aesthetics aren't quite as pleasing as other collaborative whiteboards I've used. Overall, it's worked really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing wasted time in asynchronous chat conversations for a remote workforce. We can hop on a video call and collaborate live to ideate and come to a decision quickly.
Easy to use visual tool to communicate better
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and quickly incorporate into your work flow. A collaborative tool that allows team members to comment, edit and interact. Love that you can easily export to various mediums such as presentations, documents, pdfs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little more education on how to properly use the shapes so that it's consistent with industry norms would be helpful. Ability to manipulate cropping of pictures so that you can save as pdf would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually mapping out complicated user journeys that have dependencies. Being able to describe new proposals to team members in a visual way. Allowing comments within the specific flow is helpful as well!
Great virtual whiteboard for team and individual use
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucidspark in multiple areas of my job. My sales team uses it throughout the sales cycle to put together timelines and various diagrams for note-taking and to present to our prospects. We're able to keep the majority of our documentation on a board. I use Lucid individually for my quarterly projects. I like that I have a wide open space and am not limited to the normal constraints of a Word or google doc.
I've been using Lucidspark since it came out. I really appreciate that there are new features being rolled out regularly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the text boxes had a few more options and that there were more different types of shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has been almost fully virtual since COVID. It gives us a space where we can all collaborate at once. We also use it to run meetings and create presentations.
LucidChat greatly helps my account alignment plans
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use the LucidChat feature to create high-level hierarchies of my accounts to know who to target and what departments they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike. At one point, I thought it would have been great to connect to Salesforce for data and I found out it does!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me narrow my focus on who to target within a given account. By building an org-chart it helps me really focus on the individuals I need to reach out to.
Great tool to map out workflows and pipelines.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive and it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a bit more design options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our workflows are complex, and Lucidspark provides a great tool to map and share the workflow visuals across the teams.
Lucidspark has become my go-to app for just about everything
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucidspark for just about everything, from personal daily work planning, project dependencies, and my whiteboard in group calls. The templates are very useful for structuring ideas, while features like integrations with Azure DevOps, Jira etc., are great for visualizing sprint planning and sprint boards. I often find that it's much easier to visualize project dependencies and identify gaps when I can lay them out on a Lucidspark board than just seeing development stories in a list. The new visual activities seem like an excellent way to structure sprint reviews and group project brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if the integrations with Azure DevOps (and other development platforms like Jira) allowed for write access too; so not only reading in stories from a sprint board but also writing new stories (and reorganizing the order of stories) from within Lucidspark. If that were available, I would never use DevOps itself, and only use Lucidspark!
Also there have been a few times where I've wanted to quickly move from a Lucidspark idea board to an architecture diagram in Lucidchart - maybe some kind of board conversion process would be helpful?

Collaborative planning among a remote-working team.
Visualizing information spatially to help map plans and roadmaps that were previously just text-based.
Easy to use and intuitive tools like containers for related concepts.
