Collaboration for a Hybrid World
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of multiple stakeholders to interact in a non-constrained way. The format allows for so many different personality types to express themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS version feels a bit clunky - so easy to use on a desktop but less so on the app - however app is very useful for presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, planning, resource management, note taking, storytelling, presentations - the list can literally go on.
Easy tool to visualize my software architecture
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of tool access in Lucidcharts. It helps me do a brain dump of my complex systems and then I can use these charts to showcase to the higher management and peers. Gather their feedback and suggestions, this way of ideating about a software system over a chart is new for me and has helped me immensely in simplifying and explaining it to humans.
What do you dislike about the product?
More shapes to identify different pieces on the chart would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use lucidchart to visualize and share Software architecture, system design, algorithm flow charts!

LucidChart simply does everything I need and expect it to do, without too much fuss.
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward and intuitive. If I don't know how to do something, I can usually figure it out without looking too hard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often use shapes within shapes with shapes, and sometimes it can be tricky to select the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidChart for mapping the structure of our relational database, for mapping the hundreds of programs in the ERP software that we create, and for developing flow charts for the processes within the software. These charts help me visualize and share with colleagues.
Best Tool Ever used
What do you like best about the product?
lucid chart help me organize the project requirement and understand the modules of the product with easy graphics and charts. the lucid chart has different modules for different kind of requirements which helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothiing much to dislike, as everything in lucidchart is perfect. sometimes i felt that if the network is slow which will be a problem in my country, it freeze a lot and can't do interact properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in my company, i am a developer of android applications. so we are using lucidchart for explaining features or functionalities to the management. it's very easy for us to explain the features to management using graphs and charts. and they get it easily. we also use it for defining our development process.

Lucid chart is a great tool to visualize and show your mind and collaborate with others
What do you like best about the product?
I used it mostly to explain the technical ideas with the team. Rather than explaining different modules using a lucid chart, I can easily make the visual and share it with the team. Also, I can get it reviewed and see the changes that other makes. This is a great feature for remote working people like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel it takes more time to open the diagrams. But that is only for the high-density image so no issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the best tool for sharing your thoughts and collaborating with others. Making the flow charts, importing/searching images, text editing, copy-paste for every task this is so helpful. And I am still exploring as there is a lot of hidden gems inside!

If you have teams across different demography and have a lot of things to discuss and share please go for it. It is an amazing tool with ease of use.

The ability to design wireframes, design user flows, map out journeys and user personas, and share with my colleagues for collaboration

Honestly, I feel like the best features of lucidchart are hidden and you have to go digging to find them. It would be helpful for templates, different components, etc. were highlighted

I'm solving various problems with lucidchart but I benefit from a product suite that is both a flowchart application and a collaborative application with my team
Lucid Chart has been an amazing resource for my team.

It's a live document, so multiple departments can collaborate on building our Org charts for the new year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a good way to merge two existing charts. Copy paste puts them on different layers and I cannot click and drag between them.

Year end turn re-organization of our global sales teams.

Merge two existing org charts in lucid chart so that the two layers can interact with eachother.
Powerful Tool for Communicating Concepts
What do you like best about the product?
I use LucidChart to diagram AWS architecture, flow diagrams, and other structural diagrams. I like LucidChart's vast collection of shapes and icons included by default and the ability to import more icons easily. LucidChart also makes it easy to make clean and easy-to-understand diagrams via features like hotspots, links, and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to follow lines in more complex diagrams. Snapping lines also works pretty well for normal shapes, but not so well for images, including AWS icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart makes it easy and quick to share ideas that would otherwise be difficult to communicate. I use LucidChart both for personal and professional projects to keep my ideas straight and my team aligned.

Hotspots, links, comments, and notes are all powerful tools that should not be ignored.
