Powerful, Beautiful, Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Integration: Offers a good amount of choices. We can integrate it into our documentation system, our ticketing systems and web pages.
Easy to use: Everything works intuitively; this allows us to go from simple block diagrams to complex process designs without spending hours reading the manual.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I came from a major competitor, and I was very used to the local storage using paid stencils; I'm not able to find anything I dislike about Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly documentation, but also we use it heavily for presentations, diagramming, Database Designs.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use. I enjoyed using this product.

I don't really have any dislikes. The product is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for a school project and needed to use it to wireframe a website design.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LucidChart is its ability to allows students to visually and creatively create ERD diagrams in a simple, clean way allowing students to learn and apple concepts learned in their courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LucidChart is some of their functionality buttons. I wish that the ERD diagrams ability to change connection arrows were easier to change by clicking on the arrow instead of up top at the bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart is benefiting me as a student to have the ability to apply concepts of ERD and EED diagrams as learned in my Database Systems class and learn how to create these diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only three free editable documents at a time on the free version. I wish I could do more! Maybe a student discount program would help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create flowcharts, mindmaps, and other diagrams for school (studying/learning purposes)

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is an excellent software for creating diagrams and charts. The feature I appreciate the most about it is the ease of use of its interface, which enables me to produce high-quality diagrams and graphs rapidly. Furthermore, the broad selection of templates and customization options make it a versatile tool suitable for various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience with Lucidchart, one issue I find inconvenient is its occasional sluggishness, especially when dealing with more extensive and intricate diagrams. This can be frustrating, especially when working on time-sensitive projects. Another challenging aspect is the pricing structure, which can be perplexing and not necessarily the most economical choice for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a student, so our projects as System Analysts involve helping companies develop a design and system for operating their business needs. Where lucid chart comes in handy, is offers a quick way for a student to pick up on flow charts, which define business processes, and actors to perform their roles. Little learning curve and using it on such short notice has assisted in completing my project and coming up with a better understanding of a System Analyst's role.
It is easy to use.

This is not really applicable to me as I get pass anything I need on it

I use Lucidchart to represent my data. I have drawn many logic models on it as well
Very great program to make decision tree
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to make aesthetic flow charts on this app. I used it to make a decision tree for a dermatology chapter that ended up being published. I love how easy it is to edit the shapes and arrows when I had to make many changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. This program is far superior to Microsoft PPT that I was trying to use to make my decision tree before discovering Lucidchart.

Helping me meet my deadline and make the best chapter in the book.
LucidChart is the most competent uml tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has allowed me to quickly and effectively document refactors and proposed architecture changes to other engineers on my team. Additionally, Lucidscale was the most fully featured architecture discovery platform I was able to find, barring AWS's own offering of Workload Discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no issues with any feature offered by Lucidchart. It makes the creation of quality UML a snap, and I have yet to encounter a feature or need that it has not addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating, visualizing, and documenting complicated application architecture for the purposes of refining designs prior to ticketing work related to said architecture. God I love being able to respond to questions with a link to a diagram.
Smooth and intuitive SaaS diagraming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Importing and using stencils is very easy, the shapes and arrows connect and line up automatically making it very easy to throw together diagrams in short order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no specific complaints with the tool, there are many tools similar to Lucid and the integrations with other platforms is there. The tool works as intended for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid frequently on our infrastructure team as we design and work through new architectural changes. We also use it for mapping out our existing infrastructure for our documentation repo.
