Very easy to learn, easy to use, and clean diagramming solution
What do you like best about the product?
Super clean graphics, easy to build a custom library of icons, objects, and images. Great collaboration tools

Wish it was easier to insert simple text and have more controls over zooming in/out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frequently need to build and collaborate on system and network architecture diagrams for customers and internal stakeholders. This makes it easy and FUN to build these diagrams and deliver high-quality outputs that impress our customers.
Amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily access information and symbols for flowcharting, UML, diagramming, and organizational structures. It's simple to get started, and the UI is beautiful. It's easy to save files, download different file types, and transfer charts to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart was great for my purposes. The only improvement from the free user perspective would be to save more charts. Also, the default space could be larger to create more comprehensive charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart easily allows me to create flowcharts and to navigate symbolic organizational information. This helps makes documenting work easily, and sharing organizational flow ideas a breeze.

Great tool to communicate complex architectures and collaborate on ideas across teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has an excellent interface that allows non-design people to get their ideas into an organized visual format. The ability of multiple team members to work on the same project simultaneously is a great replacement for whiteboards at a time when we often work in full remote or hybrid environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find the shapes or libraries for some of the ideas we have. Would love a more comprehensive default library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual whiteboarding has been hit or miss. For architects this sort of virtual whiteboard has proved to be intuitive enough for new users to grasp onto without additional training.
Easy fun way to make charts
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to move and place things exactly how I wanted them. It is all very easy to use and there is a great help page if you don't know how to see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had trouble finding the right tools to make a REA model chart but once I figured it out it wasn't too hard. Just a longer process since you have to manually change both ends of the line to the shape you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been really helpful for school projects where I needed to make a chart and if there was any errors, I was very easily able to move everything around to how it should be.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used MS Visio for years and switched over to Lucidchart a little over 4 years ago. It is much more intuitive, the links ups work much better than Visio and it was much easier to learn.

Haven't found anything yet; every field I've worked in within Lucidchart responds as expected

When I need to put together a network diagram or a network topology map in a timely manner I get them done much quicker and more efficiently with Lucidchart
Best Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive and easy interface really made my work easier to perform. The import of files is also a breeze. It is easy to use across various Visual Collaboration Platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big as of now. Page layout can be made better. Unpaid version can have more features. Lucidchart community is very small and is hard to find troubleshooting help.

With Lucidchart, multiple users can work together on the same document in real-time, making it easier to share and edit diagrams with team members. Lucidchart provides a visual representation of complex data and processes, making it easier for users to understand and communicate their ideas.
A great business tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily have colleagues contribute to a chart and how easy it is to add/edit existing charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the arrows between flowcharts get tedious but overall not much I dislike!

As a new company, we need to draw out a lot of processes on our end and Lucidchart makes it so easy

very user-friendly and intuitive to use, even for someone who is new to UML diagrams.
One of the things I particularly liked about the Lucid was the variety of templates and examples available. There were plenty of pre-built templates to choose from, which saved me a lot of time and effort. I also appreciated the ability to customize the templates to fit my specific needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you export a file, sometimes the arrow for the diagram pointing is not in proper shape, or sometimes point to other direction.
