Must have tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration features. I find that sharing visual charts is much more successful than long documents full of words. Especially because I work with teams from around the globe who may not have English as a first language - pictures and diagrams build better understanding of ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ability to add links to the charts was a bit better. It's not able to pull preview images very well. Some of our charts get pretty large and complex and the ability to link to or highlight certain areas of the chart would be great. Perhaps a way to add links to video explainers of the charts too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving communications across teams. Providing a space to visually diagram information for internal and client projects. Lucid is the go-to for our CEO when she's communicating ideas to the team/clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy LucidChart is to build process flows and maps and identify problems and gaps, when I do business analysis. I unfortunately haven't used any other products, however, I don't think I ever will!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about LucidChart, is the fact that I have to constantly scroll in and out whenever I need to focus on the big picture. Sometimes, the scroll feature feels clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem LucidChart solves for me in my work life, is identifying gaps in business processes; this functionality benefits me in many different ways: for one, I can clearly place pieces where I need them and can really hone in on the errors I might see, if I cannot connect the processes, secondly, since LucidChart is so streamlined, I can incorporate my flows in various different applications I might use.

Easy to graph any idea in just minutes, very intuitive!

Would like to see more color templates ready to grab and use

Make a complex idea into a visual aid that other teams can use and easily understand. This creates efficiencies among teams and help us get to the finish line faster!

What do you like best about the product?
Visualization of the process is a crucial part of helping our team understand what this going on. Lucid chart helps us create and refine what it is we are doing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there haven't been any pull backs thus far that would make it hard to use lucid chart. I did have some trouble importing photos at one point in the way I wanted but it was more user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to understand our pipeline workflow between SDR-AE-CS-Operations in a way that made sense. Lucid chart helped create that easily and then share it across the org!
A great alternative to Visio for Mac and PC users
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with the same look and feel as Visio, so there is no learning curve to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no "Save As" option to save a copy of the existing file with a different name. The "Duplicate" option does not work the same as the "Save As" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Mac users the ability to use a tool to diagram, create flowcharts, etc that is similar to Visio. This allows power users like us to be able to use alternative OS platforms without the worry of not having a product to perform our jobs.
LucidChart best diagramming product on the market
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart has a variety of different shapes and flows that you can use to easily describe how data flows from one place to another. Using LucidChart is obviously the best choice because of how diverse it is. Makes it so much easier to explain a data pipeline when I'm using Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
LucidChart is nice, but sometimes it's a pain for me to search for a specific shape. It would be nice if it was similar to PowerPoint or Word where you said what you were trying to diagram and it gave you a template with all the shapes on it and you can just input your stuff there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes its hard to explain in words where our data is coming from and where it is going. This is the main reason I use LucidChart so it is visual and people understand quickly how the data is flowing.
Easy to use platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to drag and drop is wonderful. I like how there are preassembled templates for a starting point based on what you are trying to create. It is very easy to change colors, shapes, diagrams, insert text, you can even collaborate on a project with your team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall compared to other diagram software, Lucidchart is the best, with no dislikes at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helped solve our org chart problems. Also, when we created our COVID-19 policies, we were able to easily make diagrams and flow charts to help employees navigate next steps. We loved the ease to collaborate on these projects as well.
Amazing Educational Tool

Lucidchart is a simple to use, free chart making tool. The best part about Lucidchart is its professionalism when it comes to applying the files to reports.

They're making. Simple to use tool which is free.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward and intuitive to use. Organizing the content we create and sharing with team members is easy. Integration with Slack is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unclear to me how version control is managed and what the best practice is between creating a new document or updating an existing one and using version history.

Lucid chart helps our team communicate product requirements in a visual format. It helps the team collaborate and have a shared vision of the product we are building.
