One of th best softwares Ive used
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how user friendly Lucidchart is, it made creating visuals super easy
What do you dislike about the product?
overall the experience went great and i didn't encounter any dislikes besides not being able to have full access

It's helping me solve data problems and make it easier to create the necessary visuals
Great for diagramming complicated workflows

I like how intiutive Lucidchart is for diagramming workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had something to add here but it really gets the job done.

I use Lucidchart to diagram workflows that I am making changes to. It's a very valuable tool for the purpose I use it for.
Great for Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The number of options that are present to explain a workflow or thought process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. Everything works and flows great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to clearly show an idea, it benefits me because I am able to clearly express my thought process about the solution that I am thinking of.
Premiere Diagramming Application
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the ease of finding shapes/icons (AWS and Microsoft especially), laying out diagrams, and diagram templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectors can be finicky with alignment. Maybe better auto-connect algorithms would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Illustrating the overall architectures of our systems which help to convey the flow of our systems. Especially to new team members.
Great product with a ton of capability
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a massive icon library that makes building up to date diagrams for cloud environments super fast and easy. They also allow for importing of 3rd party icon libraries so if they don't have what you want you can simply add it from somewhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with lucid chart is working with layers. It can often be difficult to edit specific objects as they get lost in layers and have to be moved around to dig down to what i'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart makes it very easy for my team to collaborate on our infrastructure diagrams for clients. It also enables quick pdf exports. We can also share these designs directly with our customers if needed and even collaborate with them, making the turnaround time much shorter.

Very user friendly and easy to update and adjust!

Nothing that I have found just yet, I used to use a different platform similar and really enjoy Lucid more.

Lucid is helping to visualize multi-faceted problems and collaborate with internal stakeholders to find gaps and solve problems, put actions in place, and improve processes.
Quick and Efficient Method of Creating Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the auto-snap and connect features when designing block diagrams. It makes it relatively easy to put things exactly where you want them. I also love how easy they make it to add onto your diagrams continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, simple features like arrows or blocks have non-intuitive behaviour once they overlap or come really close to each other. They tend to not behave like one would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a visual aid that can demonstrate how a system is connected and how various interfaces communicate across one another. This is especially helpful when we are creating plans for how a system will work

I enjoy the ease of use, as well as the plethora of available shapes and icons to bring my workflows to life

I would like a way to create my own templates and when using the template, the structure is static

Great work with Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
I have been asked to create org charts for our company with over 500 people. Lucid chart has made this easy. I have had a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to the platform, but I have not found anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to find a platform that I did not have to individually type everyone in the org chart.
Makes visuals a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it comes with pre-made templates that I can easily modify to show what visually what we are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not aware of many downsides. I have not run into any yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to easily create process flows that then can approved by all parties to make sure everyone is on the same page.
