User-friendly diagramming for cloud infrastructure, system design, and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a straightforward tool to learn, and its organization makes it my go-to tool for diagramming cloud infrastructure. Over the past ~8 years, I have used Lucidchart to diagram many systems and infrastructures. The shapes library is comprehensive, and the ability to add your own objects has come in handy. Coming from MS Visio, I found Lucidchart to be much more intuitive to use, and the baked-in feature sets for sharing and presenting have also been quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints thus far. Typically any issues I have run into are due to my own error, namely around the orientation of objects and alignment of connectors.

Awesome charting and whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build a diagram on the fly with custom icons/having a huge library of icons to pick from, as well as a decent image search is a great tool to have when working on architecture or process diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to find project/software specific logos/icons that will work well with the charts I'm trying to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to build architecture/process diagrams and share/collaborate with them.
LUCID is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Im able to make my charts to school with ease then download and upload as a pdf right after. I enjoy that my college is able to recommend this to us students as a tool to get work done
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about lucid. I feel it's fairly easy to use and more school should recommended it as a resource to there student because it helps get any chart done in style

It helps me design the charts I want how I want with ease and detail that I never were possible . Every assignment I was asked to do using lucidchart I received an A

Lucidchart offers many features that I was unable to find in other services, it also provides easy to use and visually useful resources

It may take a while to get accustomed to, not as user friendly initially

What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to figure out how to use it. The screen prompts with suggestions and the training tools have also been extremely helpful as I've started my diagramming journey
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! I have a lot to learn about diagramming to use the product to its full potential, but I haven't found anything about the product specifically yet that is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not have a tool to diagram processes and workflows, so Lucidchart has helped fill the gap in my role and allowed me to provide end users with better documentation as a result.
Easy fast and excellent visual explainer
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Lucidchart for a presentation to Navy admirals. I've used it for patent submissions and academic papers. I've used it for functional block diagrams for electrical and control systems. I've used it for use-case diagrams and program flow charts. It's the best visual language explainer tool I know. It's awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
My sole gripe at the moment is that it doesn't support electrical systems all that well because there are often many lines going in and out of one part. It can get quite busy/messy unless I make fixed contact points. It may also be nice to have a community symbol-sharing system, though I would imagine that it could be difficult to moderate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows me to quickly compose symbols and connections between symbols to form a visual language. I allows me to convey my ideas in a visual manner that shows the relationship between concepts at a high level. By using Lucidchart's tools, I can create almost every kind of diagram currently in use.

No complaints about Lucid. Think it's not used enough at my company.

Any workflow I am building it at work, I build flow charts with lucid. Email flows, customer journey mapping, etc

The organization is really helpful. It helps improves workflow processes.

The pricing is way too high. I might use a different program for less.

It hasn't really solved problems but it has made organizing a lot easier for the rest of the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a safety engineer. Sometimes, I would like more Domain specific support, like Fault tree analysis support or STPA analysis support, from lucidchart.

Team online collaboration for quick delivery of diagrams.

Easily dragging and dropping the entities made drawing EER diagrams really fun and easy to sketch.

I disliked nothing about Lucidchart at all
