Excelent Tool to draw any type of diagram!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about LucidChart is the flexibility on types of diagrams you can do on just one platform. The easiness of navigation and diagram construction are indeed strong postive points from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find many negative points on the tool. Maybe sometimes is difficult to convert the file intro a proper pdf format when wanting to download but it is not much of a problem. Page division one messed up and it took me time to properly set up the download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Engineer I usually have to draw a lot of process diagramas (PFDs) and architecture diagrams for networks. LucidChart is a proper tool to draw this diagrams smoothly and with high quality results to show to my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the user interface is so easy to use and identifies every component needed to build a process or workflow. I also love the fact that the service is cloud-based. Accessible anywhere. Finally, it is great to have all the export options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced using the platform enough to have noticed something I disliked about Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had to create a new offboarding process for my company. This was a great tool to document the process and clearly identify stakeholders and stages needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few different diagramming programs but always come back to LucidChart. I love its easy-to-use interface: the accessible icon bar, easy text-fitting into icons, consistency of formatting/remembered formatting of icons and text, etc. You'd be surprised how uncommon these features are in other systems. When I need a beautiful (not just logical) workflow tool, LucidChart it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that you can only use a certain number of icons/items in a free test account, so if you're using a sandbox account to determine how robust the graphics or flow can be, it's a bit limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our sales automation platform (to remain nameless), if you have to make a change to one part of the work flow/sequence, you have to delete that part and EVERY part that comes after it, so it's absolutely imperative that we get a detailed workflow approved by all team members before we start building. LucidChart has nearly every type of workflow component that we need to mock up full customer-journey automations outside our automation platform. That way, we can build ONLY after it's fully reviewed and approved. We could even implement a hard rule that we make no changes once launched for a full month.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to draw your ideas. No need for pre-knowledge, and it looks fantastic in the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Really!! It worked better than expected.

Fluid process
What do you like best about the product?
The graphic interface makes it intuitive to create charts. The variety of sample charts is helpful when designing a chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The canvas can't be expanded on the left side/upperside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing business processes and helping to communicate problem/solution more effectively.
Brainstorming made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love the visual aspect of it and how easy it is to brainstorm. It is rather easy to navigate the basics of it and it can be incredibly helpful when trying to solve problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was difficult to differentiate between lucidspark and lucidchart. Sometimes it is not as intuitive if you've never used a similar software. However it is still easy for the basic functionalities. It would be great if lucidspark and lucidchart were just one product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long term strategy and visualisation of process changes. It makes it easy to think about a whole structure or product and move things around as necessary until the final output is achieved.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the usability and ease of access are most helpful!
I appreciate the extensive image library the most; one of the best things is the numerous templates available!

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing much! I'd say if the layout was a bit more condensed, that might help those newer to the app. Or, perhaps, there might be some tutorials readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve visualizing the software development workflow, benefiting me in getting my projects done in a more structured and organized manner. Overall, extremely helpful.
Lives up to its name
What do you like best about the product?
Does what it says and allows me to create clear charts and diagrams with the minimum of fuss and bother and share them easily with my colleagues

Lucidchart allows me to create the charts I need to and share them with colleagues. This is particular useful in the hybrid work environment.

It is user-friendly and quite easy to utilize with a wide range of options to customize the charts for the objectives of my business

None noted at this time as I have found Lucidchart to be instrumental in delivering value in my line of work

Lucidchart allows me to visually display business processes in a format that is easy to read and interpret by end users on a regular basis. It allows me to collaborate with my teams and utilize great features.

It's so easy to make impressive and understandable diagrams that'll make you look great at your job. It's helped me explain difficult and complex processes to my clients that reduce confusion and time!
What do you dislike about the product?
On the entity shapes, if you delete or change up the rows, any lines you have connected to that shape will get all jumbled with other shapes that can cause confusion and extra work to fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'll be honest, I'm not sure exactly what problems Lucidchart is currently solving but I don't have any huge complaints with them that would require me to stop using their software.
