User-friendly diagramming and charting
What do you like best about the product?
Speaking from a business user point of view (rather than technical), it's extremely useful to be able to visualise a process all the way through. Part of this is down to the style, can literally drop straight into a presentation from LucidChart.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may simply be something I haven't found, but an ability to hide/show groups of visuals would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sounds basic, but mapping out processes. We're able to see where we're getting the most issues and understand where they're coming from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth evaluating.
Quality Research Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of colors and good quality exports of the board is my favorite. I use Miro along with lucidspark to parallelly brainstorm. Lucidsoark is an interactive platform to play around with ideas and their organizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a proper application interface is a pain point in accessing Lucidspark. Lucidspark could provide optimized loading and more storage size for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User research, design solutions, and categorizing data have become more manageable with Lucidspark. Workflow is excellent as many customizable shapes and objects are there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for good quality export of your research boards in various formats. Go for Lucidspark.
I was very surprised on how many features it haves
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive the tool is and how many options it gives you, it truly exceeded my expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
A desktop client would be nice to have, I hope one comes in soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a perfect Flowchart for my company to approach our internal processes visually.

If you are looking for a perfect Microsoft Vizio replacement, it will not only meet but exceed your exprctations.

I like how easy it was to be set and quickly learn the options available. I really like the collaboration/sharing options and all available templates

Nothing so far. I belive it is a comprehesive and detailed tool

Defining and structuring way to map Roles and responsibilities as well a critical business processes
Simple to use, but perfect for the job
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a simple flowchart program to map out some workflows, and this tool was perfect for the job. It was simple to pick up and use right away, and it did exactly what I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucidchart.

No complaints. The program did everything I needed.

Workflow diagramming. Super simple to use
Effective, fast learning curve, appealing -- with options!

The user interface is far and away the best process mapping tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost -- the other products in the suite are repeats of software I already have access to within Google Workspace and other suites I pay for. I would be much more likely to keep Lucidchart with a better discount.

Process mapping, hosting Kaizen events, improving and getting buy-in for processes that involve multiple departments.

To give us a 30K foot view of our infrastructure pieces and how they are connected.

So far I haven't had any negative experience, I can't say what I don't like.

I am a process flowchart for a company, the benefits are that the flowchart is much more beautiful, presentable and is quick to make for practicality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Lucidchart for its practicality, not to mention that the look is much more beautiful.
Best product on the market for creating Cloud architecture diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The huge selection of ready to use cloud diagram symbols and images also Lucidchart is extremely easy to use

There's nothing to dislike, I've used similar platforms and Lucidchart trumps them all

I create cloud architecture diagrams uding Lucidchart, the main benefit is that most organisations are familar with the tool
Lucid is such a multifaceted tool that I use from UX diagramming to design. It is so useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid is very collaborative and easy to use. It is very multi functional and can be used for many different types of projects, ranging from showing a ux journey to making a brand book.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features can be hard to control, such as the arrow which one can connect items with each other. I sometimes wish there is a toggle to switch that feature off.

I am using Lucid to create user experience diagrams. Lucid makes it easy to collaborate with others on projects and is much more intuitive and accessible than other design softwares, such as adobe illustrator
