What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucidchart and use it for making testbed diagrams. Its easy to use and has lot of options for the different network devices from different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iny my experience, I have not come across any limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart integrates different products in its database, which makes it easy to search and use in testbed diagrams.
An amazing platform and easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly intuitive and user-friendly. It has so many templates to choose from and allows the user to create professional diagrams in real-time and also allows you to invite teammates to correspond with you on the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icons and shapes provided by Lucidchart could be a bit more versatile, and the pricing is a bit high. It is hard to afford Lucidchart after completing my internship as an intern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization is something our company is trying to get into. Lucidchart is helping and allowing us to collaborate to create org charts and diagrams related to the data pipeline.

feasibility to use and easy to learn, moreover its free and without adds.

Nothing as such as dislike but the features can be improved and we can have more detailed and add on list to the existing features

What do you like best about the product?
Visual model to help articulate processes and work flow between multiple teams within the organization. The templates available also make the initiation process very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it is not very intuitive at the beginning. Example would be expanding the overall workspace to allow for more room. Took me a little while to get that figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps clearly define cross-functional roles, responsibilities, and swim lanes. Serves as a collaborative process flow to reference as projects are implemented.
Easy to use, while still being a powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It strikes a balance between being user-friendly and having powerful features that superusers can take advantage of to create complex workflow. I love that it is easy to share as well, either via PDF or drive or slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools are not intuitively placed or named.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complex workflows that stretch across multiple teams. The ability to hyperlin to other pages is particularly helpful for these large processes that have several sub-processes

It allows only 3 charts with the basic version

ER diagrams are easily to build in Lucid and saves a lot of time compared to other tools

Comprehension of process flows. Visualization tools make this more digestible for others to understand.

I love the support features of Lucidchart. It is so easy to find information on how to use the different tools, and overall I find the whole program to be very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique about Lucidchart would be that it would be nice to be able to create and use pre-made templates more easily that we could tailor to fit a variety of situations.

Lucidchart solves our issue of mapping out workflows in a clear and detailed way. This allows us to record our current processes better, identify opportunity to improve, and train new team members more effectively.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. Plus it has too many options for creating diagrams. I was able to do almost all my work for my Software Architecture class.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly is a great tool, so I cannot say I dislike something, but it would be useful if there was a way to connect the different views like to know if we were missing to consider a module from another view or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I required a platform or software to do my school diagrams and Lucidchart did the trick. It is really easy to use and I could work with my team in real-time.
