Diagramming with LUCIDCHART
What do you like best about the product?
Great templates which are very intuitive, easy to pick up and use - easily adapted. The import and export functions are precise; I love the crop to content which makes my documents look perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about LUCIDCART, everything works as it should; I haven't experienced any gaps in functionality at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LUCIDCHART mainly for diagramming process mapping, and by working through these documented processes with colleagues, I have been able to clearly show points of concern and confusion to enable the re-development of critical areas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple and easy to use easy sign-up process; the free trial to try before you commit is excellent.
Best tool for charts and diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
It can come in handy to visualize the Architectural diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, now I didn't identify any drawback to this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To understand any Organization Architecture, Visualize method can understand very well than explaining through words.

You can use it from day one even if you haven't used it before. Easy and quick to move thoughts to a diagram

I would love to have more templates that can be used to create different purpose charts.

Architecture and Design diagrams for web application. It's easy to read and understand, so it's one of the essential parts of the documentation.
Lucidchart is a great tool!

Lucidchard is very easy to use. I also like all of the many templates provided which assists with creating a number of different types of diagrams, charts, etc.

I cannot think of anything I don't like.

We are creating practical diagrams and process maps. Lucidchart makes this easy with it's simple and useful tools.

Lucidchart is a simple and effective online tool for making all types of diagrams, charts, etc. It is very easy to use and has a lot of templates. Highly recommended!
The Best Diagramming and Mind Mapping out there!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the capabilities to build, map and chart out almost anything you want to or need to build. Floor plans, rack designs, Mind mapping, Org Charts, Cables runs. You can do it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much of a downside to the app, but i would have to say it would be great to have more production types of icons already built into your library for churches and TV production needs: projectors, pews, church seats, video gear rather than just server networking gear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been charting all the new needs for our church, and the production upgrade we are planning. Building total cable runs and charting all the gear in our room and our production rack.

If you need to chart or graph just about anything this is the app for you!
Simple Yet Elegant Process Flows
What do you like best about the product?
I love how dynamic Lucid chart can be when diagramming my processes. It's easy to drag and drop, and you get a lot of options in symbols to help delineate your different points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could save things in templates to use later. I have to repeat steps, and it would be nice to have that held in a master file, and when I change the master file, it automatically changes the others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to diagram our software processes and our system architecture. It helps onboard new teammates and gets our ideas across to each other. It's saved us money in the end since onboarding is faster.
Easy to learn while at the same time versatile and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive - I started using Lucidchart right away without taking a training course and developed process diagrams that my clients understood and appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more modern iconography for objects like computers and other hardware devices, along with a wider variety of icons overall. Maybe something more like Google Material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping my clients diagram their current business process and then marking it up to determine where to make improvements. My clients appreciate diagrams made using Lucidchart because they are intuitive and clean, and easy to follow.
Great tool for Account Planning
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Salesforce, along with Lucidchart's intuitive UI, makes account planning for sales professionals bliss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing worth mentioning. I haven't run into issues or challenges using it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidchart, I'm able to create an account plan easily by pulling information from the CRM through integration, drawing org charts, editing content, and finally exporting that as a neat executive-ready report.
Powerful Diagramming with Intuitive Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid’s extensive library of templates and shape libraries makes building complex flowcharts, network diagrams, and org charts incredibly fast. The drag-and-drop canvas is responsive even with large diagrams, and real-time collaboration with comments and cursor tracking keeps the whole team in sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is polished, the lack of native automation means repetitive tasks (like converting text outlines into shapes) still require manual work or third-party scripts. I’d love to see built-in Markdown import or a Mermaid.js-style text-to-diagram feature to streamline diagram creation.

Lucid charts helped me create intuitively documentation in a more efficient manner
It is very user friendly and very dynamic to use in teams

I like the fact that it is very user friendly as that is the most important thing as you do not need to take a lot of time to train before you start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. I think the product will improve by time and more options will be created, but does the job I need it to do .

Working with the team to create dynamic road maps, plans etc.
