Years of productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lucid for years. It has helped me visualize complex connections between ideas and system functionality to then present to my customers to show my knowledge of the subject matter. It has never failed to please.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of when using it, I have not encountered any usability issues.

Great Collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very easy to use. You can create a good diagram with the App.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the app is good and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucipark is good for creating solutions diagrams. It is also easy to share the diagrams to different team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I love lucid charts that the built in templates to create logical technical architecture diagrams that detail cloud specific services and SAP designed icons. I am using it for many presentations
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't search and find generic templates sometimes. Still challenged finding the perfected detailed diagram that easily can be converted into powerpoint or PDF for presentations. Sharing with non lucid licensed users is a a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transformation project converting legacy systems to modern AWS and SAP business applications. Create flip card view of current state, interim state, and future/final state

Only available online, so tough, at times, to do on a plane.

What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates the way you can present workflows to the team. It has some great features and it's pretty simple to use!

I haven't find anything that I dislike from it.

The way you can present workflows and also shared within Lucid with my team.
Great way to quickly create and modify data driven charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Charts are great to upload data points, link them to shapes and modify those shapes to match what you have out in the field. And as we build out it is super easy to upload new data to reflect the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve and it would be nice to be able to modify the controls to better match programs that we use. Being able to change a hot-key related to movement would make a huge difference. Changing between Arc and Lucid requires to rethink how you modify the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart lets us quickly convert our data into a logical diagram that allows us and our customers to understand exactly how things will work in the field, speeding up the time it takes to make decisions between us and our customers.
Love using the virtual sticky notes!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid spark helps me visualize ideas. I'm more of a hands-on person, but that's not always practical. This helps me "physically" see my ideas but on a computer, not taking up space on my walls ;)

I don't have any dislikes, things are working well for my needs.

Lucinda park helps me visualize and organize big ideas.
Great for teaching and learning!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucidspark for the last month. So far, I am very impressed with this platform and white board. I was looking for a replacement white board as I utilize Zoom for my virtual teaching sessions. Behold, I found this platform which has many features and is great for making virtual learning interactive and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a downside as of yet, but in the beginning I would struggle with properly using the eraser feature. I was glad to find that there's a way to erase using the "X" to remove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is providing a free learning space for teachers and students. It's exactly what I'm looking for or was looking for at the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. At the same time, we haven't jumped into using Lucidspark full-time. It appears to be a tool that will help keep our team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any tools that we dislike while using. As we continue diving deeper into the functions that may change, we are happy now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us organized is a must for all of the projects we have going on. Using the Excel spreadsheets and trying to update, saving, and hoping another member doesn't have it open.
Right tool for the job
What do you like best about the product?
Simple learning curve, really good in terms of collaboration, ability to export the generated diagrams to multiple formats, sufficient tools to generate diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being a super advanced user with a lot of requirements, there is nothing specifically to dislike, it is just a good tool for the task and does what the user is expecting it to do.

Create and share process diagrams for project planning and product management with the team, and helping to visually represent information flows through multiple products
