Powerful Tool Simplifiying My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple yet enormous amount of options available in the tool. I can easily and quickly turn out great diagraming workflows for my team. Easily the best tool I've used for diagraming!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I am still learning all the options available in the tool and have not by any means exhausted what is available. I continue to use the tool daily and continue to be pleased with its performance and output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down complex systems, topographies, reporting workflows, etc all become more digestible and tangible when displayed and organized with Lucidchart. My team has been able to hit the ground running with internal process and external customer issues much more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be disappointed, competitors lack the comprehensive offering of Lucidchart.
Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to quickly spin up and build out org charts for account planning. Plus the prebuilt templates are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment - it delivers what I need for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account planning is often difficult to do with just word docs and PowerPoint. Lucid chart combines these tools in a way that it's easy to visualize an entire account in one place plus gives sales leadership quick insight into what you're doing when called upon. Super easy to keep up to date and share with leaders.
Convenient interface, comparing to your few other competitors

convenient tool set , intuitive settings for adjust canvas, creating components etc. Great job, guys! thank you

filtering projects like My and Shared not really convenient. to see Date of last changes on a main screen in a card of Project would be nice!

There is no such dislike; however, it would be good if we get some more ready to use designs for all hypersclaler cloud

There are no Dynamic shapes that allow tracking of projects visually - I had to go back to Lucidcharts

It is so very easy to use. When you are in a hurry and you need to submit your report, time is pressuring, people are asking for the flow chart for the presentation, all is a mess, what do I personally do? Use this amazing tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
I am trying to think of something I do not like but nothing comes to mind. For me, it was a lifesaver and I will continue to use it in my business. I recommend others to do the same when structuring information when they need to submit a wireframe to the dev team fast and easily and they don't have a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! time! time! I have no time and this tool makes it easy! In a startup, you fill many positions and wear many hats. this is one of those tools that makes it easy to fill yet another one without the hassle.

Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid chart for work Flow, organizational, procedural outlines, SOPs, and incident management for over two years now. I have found it extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate and learn new tricks. I have and will continue to recommend this tool in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't a desktop software or an app that I can purchase and download. However, this has only been an issue when I don't have internet access. If this were a possibility, I would take advantage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a COO, I have used it to solve various procedural and workflow issues and apply structure to project run-up and strategic planning. I have used it to streamline procedures that were previously "Shot from the hip" instead of following a procedure for implementation.

Can we make this an app or software that can be downloaded? I cannot use it when there is no internet.
