Seamless Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount templates and the ability to interact with others members of the team.
Create sprints, organize the daily/weekly to do lists.
It's more fluent/clean and has more capability than it's competitors

I think it's missing the ability to add a comment on someone's note.
Sometimes it crashes while uploading the data.

Organiztion and Structural Issues. It's a clear day when you are organized.

Fully featured and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is instrumental in keeping our architectures and processes easily visible across the organization. The shared folders keep discoverability and collaboration super simple, and I love the ability to place URL links in the diagrams and export them to our wiki.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before Lucidchart I was a Gliffy user. The pricing for Gliffy is more appealing, but I have found that a diagramming tool that the entire organization (not just engineering) enjoys using has paid off in increased collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart for architecture diagrams, process diagrams, dependency mapping - pretty much anything we want to collaborate on and share across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucidchart to be the easiest tool to use when creating flowcharts or decision trees for my team or mapping out a new process and needing to identify weak points. I found it simple to pick up and now can't do my job without it! I've recommended it to other teams I've worked with, and requested for us to use it at my new company. I work at early stage startups, and when we are trying to implement a new process & train a new team on it, especially remotely, there is no better tool than Lucidchart to offer the team a visual explanation of the new process. I am a huge fan—I even say, let's "Lucid it" instead of saying "Let's diagram it"!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love for the fonts/settings I use most to be remembered within the platform — I'm sure this is possible or I need to save as a template, but I may not have figured out how to do this yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Operations & have led large operational teams. I've used Lucidchart to map out new processes, and I've also used it for training or on-the-job learning purposes for my team. When we discover a need for a new process, rather than writing this process out, we use Lucidchart to ensure we account for every step and can properly implement this process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start off mapping certain processes your company has within Lucidchart or use it as a training tool! It's a surprisingly effective tool.
Easy, Efficient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly to create diagrams on Lucidchart. With none to minimal guidance, one can easily create detailed and effective diagrams on Lucidchart

There is nothing I dislike about Lucidchart, its the perfect tool for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Architecture Diagrams, ER Diagrams, Flows, and UI Mockups for applications are the problems I solve using Lucidchart
Great tool for building and relaying information
What do you like best about the product?
I have so far used it for a few projects, and the one thing I love most is objects with arrow attachments. I can drag and move any object, and the arrow sticks. Making a new arrow is also really easy. I made an org chart in half the time it has taken me on other services. Customer service was also excellent and very personable. They called shot me an email not long after making the account and we ended up on a call about our company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little so far. Everything I did dislike I figured out it was me, not the system lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company structure, information flow, and reporting systems. The ease of use is excellent. The way the information is displayed, it's well defined.

I like that it helps me to identify who is who in our company's org charts.

I don't dislike anything. It is very user friendly.

Diagramming is made much easier with Lucidchart. How did I ever survive without it?
New to Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
It's my first time using Lucidchart, and it's impressive how intuitive and powerful this tool is. I used it to build business process diagrams, and it's helped me a lot in speeding up my day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides yet. I'll need to use it a bit more, but so far everything is great.

Great for diagramming org charts!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform provides templates for diagramming and easy automation tools to make charts clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find parts of the platform that I dislike, but perhaps there are too many options. It would be nice to have demos on which templates to use at which times.

Making clean and easy-to-read org charts and process diagrams.
