Perfect too for documenting processes and work flows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and consistent with other platforms, so there isn't a huge learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import process from Miro could have been more smooth. All the objects were imported, but I had to manually recreate all the connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is a great way to document flows and processes that can be shared across the team.

Tons of awesome features!

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping the collection of used shapes in the library is super convenient. The intuitiveness of the software is great (i.e., I made yes/no lines and colored them); the software then asked if I would like to keep that format throughout the design. The layering function is also a great value add.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when connecting two shapes; the line will show up in a way that doesn't make sense for the flow that's being created. Sometimes, I have to delete the line and create a new one to get it where I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is solving the problem of having a flow document too long with its layering feature. This enables me to keep the flow diagram to a consumable length where I can turn on and off the layers when needed.

Does its job well

What do you like best about the product?
It was really a good experience, I was not using this for business purposes but for one of my study purpose I needed the tool where I can create some charts Lucid spark did a great job for that purpose.

The UI was very simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, it did the job it intended to do with its simple and easy UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to create a chart for my presentation and it did the job very well. SInce I could access this online, I did not have to install any software etc

    Financial Services

Great and intuitive!

What do you like best about the product?
LucidPark is excellent for collaborative brainstorming and timeline scheduling! Especially the mindmap works incredibly well and is easy and fun to use. A must-have for anyone working on several different aspects and wants to sort their ideas by categories (e.g. daily business, process optimisation etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite many grid- and adjacent shape-locking options, it is pretty hard to format the mindmap in a perfect circle. But on the bright side, my mind map ended in a brain shape, so I can't really complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have a rather extensive role with 6 different domains to keep track of, LucidPark offered me a great way to create an unusually looking to-do list. I have a much better overview of my to-do's in each of these domains and can better schedule my day or even week by deciding, on which one I want to concentrate next.

    Design

Good and getting better all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility. You can use this Lucid very simply with lines and boxes and bring in a ton of other features and functions if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the intelligent connectors / lines sometimes don't act as I'd hope they would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is helping (and has helped) to get all the project stakeholders on the same page about the architecture and plan to move forward with our products.

Legos for Continuous Improvement

  • November 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, the collaboration, and the resources. I can create virtual environments detailing to any of multiple teams what were doing, what are resources are and more, virtually anything that is information. It is so adaptable that with a little creativity or inspiration, you can create just about anything in minutes. Just put the components together like legos until it makes sense and accomplishes it's purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a Mac App for this that could be used offline. That would be ideal, especially in some of the environments I find myself, wishing I could work on developing a new chart or space to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Lean Six Sigma / A3 problem solver / kaizen and all that awesome jazz, and the implications for applications of Lucidspark to those areas are obvious, but I'm also a huuuge fan of Agile, and blending problem solving methodologies typically used in manufacturing and healthcare with practices and philosophies from Agile and Scrum is powerful and easy to do with the flexibility of lucidspark.

Personal review for Lucidspark

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple way to use the tool
- Possibility to have multiple documents
- Templates available to start quick
- UI design
- Sharing and collaborative documents
- Export the diagrams to image with the possibility of cutting only the area selected
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to resize the entity or attributes in the ER diagram to the same size as the others, but it's tricky because there is no way to resize to a specific size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Store diagrams online
- Share the diagrams with the teammates, add comments... benefits to work online
- Export diagrams to image to use in other external Lucidspark documents such as Word, PowerPoint, etc.

PUBLIC HEALTH: to create a organized diagram based off of a word cloud from a community workgroup

  • November 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
-the ability to re use colors and shapes (copy / paste)

-How arrows snap to the edges of shapes

-the relative ease for creating iterations of each diagram so that the logic can be worked out

-How pretty it looks

Note* on Survey Design:

Please add "Public Health" to the list of industries in your survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
-the learning curve (although it was small) but as soon as I was able to use the program, I found it very instinctual.

-when i was editing and reorganizing, I found it difficult -at first- to "de-spaghetify" my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to build a concept map and lucid spark provided me with the immediate resources to make one.

I decided to use lucispard impromptu during a work meeting and figured it out within 5-10 minutes.
