Easy to use and a great professionals tool for a number of different applications
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and easy tool to use with any profession. There are many great templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Lucid chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much quicker to use Lucidchart than to develop something that already exists in a template.

Lucidchart THE program for clean org/flow charts!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the way the lines automatically snap to their connecting points and ease of exporting. I tried to find free templates and programs until I caved and got a monthly subscription. Totally worth it, my team is always impressed with my clean diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface itself is not the most intuitive for certain functions, but everything is Google-able to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating flow charts and org charts.
Very intuitive and helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use. Very fluid, intuitive and self-explanatory tool. Super useful for real-time collaboration and ideation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled for a few minutes when trying to add an image to my board, but it was quickly resolved by adding the image to "Documents".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a visual representation of complex teams on the organisations, with people, roles, areas and photos.

What do you like best about the product?
The way I can export or edit everything in XML is very easy to use.It is very simple to learn and use as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now but I hope to see if we can make the connections better.I have used it for a limited time and see it is working fine for my usage. If you can share more tutorial videos in the tool that would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can tell my design stories better using this tool, and it helps me in my daily tasks while representing idea flows or even for brainstorming sessions as this has multiple options/templates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to find a component to visualize anything.

Sometimes it is not responding quickly. It might be related with web browsers or connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the lucid chart to visualize a process or technical architecture. I also used lucidchart to create wireframes in the past. It is possible to use it for different purposes.
Excellent software for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many diagraming and charting software in the past in some of my previous roles; however, Lucidchart is by far one of the best, particularly in the ease of use and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. It's perfect for anything that involves drawing, revising, and sharing charts and diagrams. The fact that you can also collaborate with the team is an added bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignment on who does what and streamlining in what we do. It has undoubtedly made a positive impact on how we brainstorm ideas and share them within the team. I strongly recommend it!
Simply to use but very effective

Simplicity. It's very easy to use and the online guides are very helpful too. It's quick to export, share and collaborate with others.

Nothing I can think of. It does exactly what you need.

Comes Alive with Paid Version
What do you like best about the product?
The templates make the product come alive. Once you have mastered the basics - and there is a wealth of video tutorials on YouTube to help you - the templates make doing diagramming simple aand quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is quite steep if you are a beginner. Also, the free version gives access to only a smattering of templates and, if you aren't typically adept, creating the template can take a lot of time. The paid version solves these problems by providing many templates from which to choose and which can then be quickly adapted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inserting flowcharts into legal and compliance frameworks makes them much easier to comprehend, and this task is greatly facilitated by the software.I find the add-on which allows the transfer of flowcharts directly into Word, very useful.
Working With Lucid G2 as a first time user
What do you like best about the product?
I have never used Lucid or any similar software before however, using Lucid for the first time was really easy and I was able to provide my customer with a professional-looking Azure diagram of their network.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I have not found anything I dislike yet. I find the product really good and seems to be doing what it says on the tin. Maybe just how you input text within the diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When drawing up customer network diagrams it makes me visually see and understand the network layout, and I was able to identify what improvements we could make.

1. Sometimes it shows error messages, but after I close it, it does just fine!
