Best way to organise yourself
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart helps me visualise processes within our business and see the areas where we may need more development. We are a small business at the moment so its really helping me formalise things
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit fiddly at times with arrows

Setting up HR processes and stakeholder management

If something is really complex get onto Lucidchart to try and break things down. Its a great way to present to stakeholders in a professional manner

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate your way around the site. I set up 4 flow charts which are very professional and have now been sent out company wide. Very very impressed and will be using going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to line up with the grid when zooming in and out which changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used lucid chart to create process flows that displayed our deadlines to employees - this helped massively and actually looked so amazing that i was able to send to boht employees and stakeholders etc. Overall very happy with the service
Lucid chart is the best out there
What do you like best about the product?
The vitualization is great in the portal and the templates makes it very easy to create. It's great to create new and better maps with the in built templates .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sone of the borders and frames can be difficult to adjust when needed. The templates can be more easy to edit and give more freedom to the creators
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly for my work, I am a BA and I find Visio blend to present in front of my manager. Lucid charts has a very pleasing look to the eye and I can play around

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The menu items allow for quick generation of workflow diagrams

While hardly a serious issue, you need to use hot keys to paste.

Lucidchart provides a simple & easy to user interface to wireframe websites for SEO purposes!
What do you like best about the product?
The built-in website elements make it simple to re-create a website. By having these built-in elements, as an SEO with no graphic design experience, I can quickly show product & development team members concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there was an easy way to show tabbed content for SEO purposes. Having tabbed content would allow me to quickly show multiple sets of content that can be accessible for SEO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am trying to solve with Lucidchart are showing product & dev teams how we could re-organize web sites to best fit search engine optimization strategies.

It's completely customizable, not limited by certain layouts or formats like some other tools I've used

Advanced functionality (ex. to align shapes in bulk) is not as straightforward as other functionality

Lucidchart organizes information quickly and easily, and makes Microsoft look really bad

Lucidchart is intuitive and allows me to organize information very quickly so I can focus on my work rather than formatting.

I wish Lucidchart had standard size templates for powerpoint slides, but I have used it for years and love it.

It takes about 4 hours less time to design a flow chart to communicate complex concepts.

If you find yourself scribbling things on paper or spending hours on powerpoint trying to draft a concept for a flow of information, Lucidchart is a phenomenal solution. It's faster than scribbling on a notepad and looks like you spent hours.
Way better than previous software I have used
What do you like best about the product?
It looks more modern and vibrant than other software I have used. I liked the ease of swimlanes for the different layers of architecture. I used the flowchart shapes and prefer it over Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little tricky to select multiple areas. I ran out of room at one point and had to move the image over to the left to continue working on my diagram. A little tricky changing existing arrows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An explanation of complicated architecture flows and designs for upcoming projects. It is faster than other tools I have used so performance has increased.
