Accessible and Perfect For Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
When working with a team, it is a necessity to use tools that everyone can pick up quickly. With Lucidcharts, we were able to expand our collaboration on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things can be improved in terms of manipulating the assets on the workspace, especially when it comes to items that are not on a 90-degree square in the overall layout. I wish that I could have total control of how they are presented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can explain the real-world status of facilities to those that aren't visiting them in person. We are spending more time working rather than catching everyone up.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very intuitive user interface. A large number of shape libraries. Excellent selection of templates for creating new charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resizing multiple horizontal and/or vertical rules does not work. Can only resize one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for mocking up user interfaces, business process diagrams, decision trees, and technical architecture layouts.

The flexibility and customisation, the fact I can save shapes to a library and how easy it is to re-use the same shapes in the current diagram

Nothing - it's the best product I've tried for diagramming

It allows me to set information out visually which clarifies any issues very quickly

Dragging and attaching chart boxes is a dream.

You can't change the style of chart box that I can see.

I successfully crafted a decision tree for a popular board game, which I then imported to my vector drawing program for final publishing.

Great wireframing tool for UX flows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart does everything I need to quickly create, modify, share, and present user flows and user interfaces. Every function has always been extremely intuitive and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely, the slide show will not start where I assumed it would, but it's not a show-stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting everyone on the Design and Dev team on the same page as far as screens, screen content and core functionality, and relationships between screens and page components.

Very short learning curve, intuitive and easy to use. Superior to some competitive solutions I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
Super Intuitive. Drag, drop, label. No matter the project, Lucid helps me communicate concepts and ideas much better than a spreadsheet or slideshow.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a marketer and business leader, I've used it to create campaign flows, content ideas, and even product UI. I've sometimes wished there were better native shape/image libraries to help illustrate these concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product interface. Campaign planning. By building a visual mockup or flow, It's much easier to communicate to teams the concept and plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free version to get comfortable. You'll then want to unlock additional features to collaborate with team members more effectively.
Very smooth and very useful in term of providing a variety of diagram.
