Lucidchart is easy to navigate and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate and they offer a lot of good templates for whatever you might need. It's pretty simple and easy to drag and drop as well which is nice. I also really liked how easy it is to search for various templates which makes finding them nice. I don't think the integrations add much but they are nice to have and to know they exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system is really simple, that also acts as a negative because its sometimes hard for me break the template. Like if I am building a sitemap and I build out more than the template, it ends up looking a little weird because it doesn't want additions. On the flip side of the search, the categorization was sometimes confusing and it was hard to find templates that I knew existed. This was frustrating. Like if I search content, it shows all of the topics which aren't very relevant. This makes it difficult to find templates that could be of use to me that I might not potentially know about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is allowing us to plan for our marketing strategies. We can do flows of all sorts and show in it in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. It's also easy to share. I would like to start using the brainstorming ones as well for SEO because I think they would be a really good fit.
Great product for creating visualized flows
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create visual aids and charts to guide a discussion or document a process flow. Sharing and collaboration help with contributing to documentation efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some team members don't have access to Lucid, which limits the ability to collaborate; it would be nice if a licensed user could add a limited number of others to collaborate on a document with the authorized user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy ability to create flowcharts and visualizations that can be displayed or shared with others in the organization to either document or simply talk through an issue.
Organized, quick shapes, and easy to follow guides
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of applications do not give you the opportunity to list things in a row. I really like the freedom to place shapes wherever I want to put. Also, the colors are much more easy to look and all is looking highly professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are hard to find (I still do not know if I can do them). I did not like the background because it was a square-shaped page. Blank space or a blank space with different colors would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid products for my organization. Most specifically, for organization charts. Since my company is still a start-up, there are lots of changes to be implemented and also some roles are connected with each other more than usual. These differences are easy to do in Lucid products.
Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and understand different functions. So far, I have been able to use it to create simple flow charts and slightly more technical swim lanes. I highly recommend it to anyone who uses process mapping tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult at first to access any training. The time zones for myself and the trainer were too far apart, and I didn't enjoy working at 8 pm to understand how to get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with process mapping, a critical stage within the business analysis, as it clearly shows the new process, we intend to roll out and makes it easier for stakeholders and users to read and understand.
Professional and Easy to use, Economical Diagramming Software
What do you like best about the product?
The shapes library is fantastic - any shape you could want is available. Changing the colors of the shapes, lines, and outlines makes it easy to distinguish elements. The expandable canvas is great too. You start with a small area, and it expands as your diagram grows. Being able to easily insert things like "created by" or "date created" saves time in making the diagrams. I also like the import and export options - especially since it can connect to Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is "click happy," so to speak. Connecting arrows pop up when clicking between elements. I also find it difficult to delete connecting arrows. When I try to delete the one I don't need, it often places a new one, and now I have multiple to delete / undo.
It would be nice if someone could edit the design without having a full license. If I have a full license and someone else has the free version, they cannot make changes if I use more elements than the maximum amount allowed in the free version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is helping me solve the problem of needing to create flow diagrams fast and on the fly without having to spend a lot of money to do it. The licensing fees make it a great alternative to Visio. Having Visio experience, the learning curve for Lucidcharts was relatively small. The biggest selling point and benefit for me is the functionality I get with the price I pay.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create simplistic end-to-end workflow models and deliver top-class reports to senior management within the company. Real-time updates from other team members when they are working on the document too.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any new product, repeated use of the charts is the only way to get comfortable with the charts and diagrams. It took some time familiarizing myself with all of the moving pieces.

Lucidchart allows me to create dynamic end-to-end workflows and present my ideas in a concise manner to senior management within my company. The format is very clean.
Lucidspark helps teams talk to each other better.
What do you like best about the product?
The flowchart items were placed in logical locations, allowing me to rapidly communicate my idea by selecting the appropriate workflow. The management team quickly understood my concept. It would have taken me hours to describe it in words to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive an error notice when I attempt to utilize a premium subscription-required service. I am still determining whether the icons' functions are simple enough for the system to decide that I now have a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone who requires assistance creating diagrams or designs will find Lucidspark an excellent program. The client interface is intuitive and straightforward, allowing you to begin immediately. Whether you've never used design software, you'll be up and running quickly with Lucidspark's handy features.

Interactive whiteboard is far more better. The flow chart tools are very convinient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Lucidspark because it makes it simple to create beautiful visuals to help optimize workflow processes. The shapes, flowcharts, and other visuals are customizable, allowing me to create visual content specific to my organization's needs. I also appreciate the autosave feature, which gives me confidence that I won't lose any of my hard work. I particularly like Lucidspark's marketing campaign capabilities. We can quickly create a flowchart to explain the marketing strategy to other salespersons, and I can make them better understand my communication ideas.

The program's time-consuming nature has been one of the significant issues. The program has a steep learning curve, making it difficult for new users to learn and understand all of its features quickly.

It's fantastic to easily share our ideas and collaborate in real-time, allowing us to adjust and progress our work quickly.
