It Works
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create what I needed with no issues. UI is great and very responsive. I was able to also shift between mobile and desktop easily which made my work flow seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stuck out for me at the moment..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple software that allowed me to put together a flow chart and journey map in about an hour. With no installs and no training. That's awesome in my book....!

The templates and the intuitive interface.

Trouble adding/editing text and positioning it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love inviting my team and stakeholders to an event to share our thoughts and information via a Lucidspark whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the layout where the tool icons are somewhat disparate and not all linked together and not grouped or structured like in MSOffice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilising the Lucidspark tool to breakdown complex team discussions in working sections that team members can join, participate and go back to after the event. One key benefit is that the material generated can easily be reused and helps us launch other team activities quickly.
Great product. Super intuitive and allows me to create exactly what I’m after.
What do you like best about the product?
The choice of diagrams available is fantastic - and will undoubtedly be helpful. However, I'm most impressed with how easy the software was to learn. Without watching any how-to videos, I could begin creating what I was after straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found anything that I dislike about the Lucidchart to date. However, when first syncing between the App and website, there were differences in the tool layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Lucidchart to create flowcharts to map out the design of a new product I'm making. The intuitive nature of Lucidchart has enabled me to rapidly re-design and test the user journey.
Best diagramming tool available
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like the interface predicts what I want to do. Live collaboration is excellent. I appreciate the specific formats available, and it's easily the best diagramming tool out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes lags slightly. Everything works as expected, although drawing arrows between boxes is occasionally tricky. The free version has several limitations.

I create ERDs with Lucidchart and it's always an easy process.

The fact that the user has a myriad of tools, shapes, and customization option for anything imaginable in any diagram you decide to create is simply astonishing.
Having lots of tools, options, and possibilities at your disposal in order to share your projects and views precisely the way you need it to is worth every penny!

What do you dislike about the product?
it isn't as intuitive at first; I probably just skipped the initial tutorials but the platform should have more elaborate prompts about the usefulness of following a simple tutorial to get to know the basics, and some more advanced examples of what you can do with Lucid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visualization of workflows in their current state. This ability has allowed me as a Project Coordinator to evaluate how things work at the different departments of my company, and what opportunities there are for improvements and more efficiencies within them.

I love how user-friendly the site is. It makes diagramming very easy.

It took me a little bit to learn all the features.

The benefit of using Lucidcharts for me is being able to share the documents with others.

Lucidchart is easy to understand, navigate, and use to create diagrams.

I am still new to Lucidchart and have not used all the features to their potential yet.

I use Lucidchart for Diagraming. It allows me to create diagrams quickly and easily. The flow is intuitive, and the final product looks clean.

Experiment with the tools, and watch tutorials to expand your skills.
A simplified solution to diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is a purpose-built platform. As such many of its functionalities make it far easier to use than alternatives. For example, PowerPoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to complain about. Adding some arrow options would be nice and perhaps making it easier to place arrows between shapes that don't connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating process flows to allow our operations team to function more efficiently.
NEW USER EXPERIENCE! Honestly for someone new to the platform, it was really easy to navigate.

I like the drag and drop UX, super easy to navigate and create a flow with.

Saving features could be more active and accurate when it comes to saving work.
