Review for Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
As a postgraduate student, especially while pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analysis, we have a lot of collaborative effort when it comes to group reports, presentations, notes, analysis of chase studies, etc. Lucidspark is a great platform that's helped us organise our notes and modules. It's also made things quite easily accessible and make the content very visually appealing. It's also great for individuals to create mind maps and task lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve as and when new users start using Lucidspark. Also, I wished there was an easier way to communicate with the team as and when you collaborate on the projects, maybe a quick Huddle feature like on Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Good User Inrerface - it is user friendly and gets the job done quite easily.
2. Collaboration - As a team, when we had to work together for group projects in university, it took us quite a bit of time to map out the blueprints, structure the details, get notes in place but Lucidspark really helped us organise our tasks and todo lists.
3. Notes organisation and process detailing was a little hard as a team - using Lucidspark, from fought scribbled notes to presentation-ready content in no time. Developing workflows has never been easier,
4. Lots of great features for integration - timers, voting, attractive templates etc.

wide range of templates. building is easy and intuituve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of templates and ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to add collaborators without having to create an account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
interdepartmental process maps, project mgmt
Great for sharing knowledge in a workshop
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative whiteboarding is a perfect use case. My last experience was a prepared workshop, where we had to structure previously prepared information.
We had post-it notes with links to more information. The real-time collaboration helped make this a productive and pleasant experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've used a competing product that has a better look and feel. Regardless of the visual aspects, these products are only as good as what you use them for.
Using a blackboard versus a whiteboard doesn't make much difference; it's more about how you use them.
Although I like the technical possibilities with these platforms, users still have to get used to them to use them more optimally.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge sharing while being able to keep the information up to date and accessible to many is a great benefit. I would say this is comparable to a wiki.
Do note that wikis are more accessible (for example to visually impaired people), and are not to be replaced by this tool. My idea is that these tools add engagement and more options to experiment.

Solid, easy to use, professional looking charts.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of just jumping right into the project and laying things out. Didn't need to spend a bunch of extra time learning how to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the icon packs were a bit inconsistent or lacking, and having to find one icon pack (So as to not have multiple themes) with all the necessary icons is a bit of a bog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out my networks and giving people a quick glance view of the overall picture.
I really enjoyed Lucidspark to help manage the flow of my application.
What do you like best about the product?
It was a simple-to-use solution that gave an excellent flowchart option. When wanting to connect a flowchart, it provided an easy-to-use interface to help select the next item or object.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any specific issues with the product. The extensive list of options can be overwhelming and take up a fair bit of space when using a 13" laptop. But collapsing is possible, which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its simple-to-use interface allowed me to create a flowchart to visualize my software design and break up my project into smaller, easier-to-maintain parts. Once you get going its features making building a bigger chart more efficient.
The best mind-mapper out there
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes mind mapping and organizational charting very easy. The number of tools available is widely expansive, but the basics cover the job well too! Ease of use is right on point
What do you dislike about the product?
What Lucidchart does well, is also what holds Lucidchart back. Oftentimes, I find that the level of complexity available in the tool makes it difficult to navigate for simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me to create visibility for my organization. It was very difficult to create a process flow that was visual and easy to understand before I started using Lucidchart.
Lucidspark's Very straightforward.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidspark is its ability to facilitate team cooperation throughout the brainstorming phase, both in person and while working remotely. This streamlines collaboration with a worldwide team when put together. It has numerous handy features for a digital whiteboard, including a voting tool that allows us to swiftly narrow down our alternatives without troubling every team member. Additionally, I enjoyed the range of accessible connections, which are handy if you need to merge data from other programs during your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Lucidspark because it's challenging to navigate, and I wish the mouse scrolling mechanism had zoomed in and out as opposed to scrolling left and right. Also, I'd rather have more robust voting options on paper than on the more cumbersome dots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucidspark Intergroup or interdivisional contact needs to be fixed. There needed to be more aware of how different departments collaborated to achieve the company's objectives when the company began using Lucidsparks.
Talkdesk: The quality of the product and service was exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is constantly enhanced with new features and is highly user-friendly. I appreciate how organized Talkdesk is when organizing calls with your carrier - it has helped me avoid unnecessary disconnects. Additionally, the customer service at TalkDesk is exceptional. The personnel are considerate and helpful and go above and beyond to solve any issues you might have. Recently, I had a problem where I could not receive incoming calls when background noise was present. The TalkDesk Help Desk team emailed me in an attempt to determine what the problem was and resolve it. After we were unable to settle the issue over email, they scheduled a Zoom session so that we could discuss it in further depth. My problem was instantly resolved thanks to their help. This situation is very unusual, but I greatly appreciated the outstanding customer assistance I received while trying.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Talkdesk is that the messaging interface has a few flaws that must be fixed. These minor issues can be improved when trying to get work done. After logging into Callbar, select the Talkdesk icon in the screen's upper-right corner to reaccess the login page. A feature that automatically updates this would save time and hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Talkdesk needs to be fixed, and we are unsure why. Our organization has used it to analyze the quality of call centers inside our organization, but it has caused more problems than solved.
Lucidspark is an excellent resource for collaborative creativity.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is my favorite note-taking and cooperation tool because it's so versatile. It is useful for business, pleasure, and especially when writing down thoughts before making phone calls. Using Lucidspark is something I started doing because I am a big fan of LucidChart. It solved a challenge with LucidChart: how to adopt a less technical approach that was more visual for collaborative work. Those in the design industry who need an easy way to keep track of ideas and share them with coworkers no matter where they are will find this helpful app. There are options for changes like post color, text connectors, etc. Similar to what's offered by LucidChart, they also provide access to simple-to-use premade templates. Customers of LucidChart will likely find that they enjoy using Lucidspark as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I would like to change about Lucidspark. Firstly, setting up an account and starting with the tool is challenging. Secondly, it can be confusing and complicated once you're on the device and trying to use the features. Thirdly, if you have any problems or issues with using Lucidspark, there is no customer support team that you can reach out to for help - you're pretty much on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the Lucidspark, I often experience sudden bursts of inspiration, and when they occur, I scribble them down on a scrap of paper that I then lose. By using Lucidspark, I could convey and refine even the most undeveloped concepts.
