Lucid is one of the best Diagramming tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
The capability it has for expanding the workspace when diagramming. You can complete those large complex processes in one go, on one page. That is just so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, yet. It works like a charm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for process maps, wireframes, wire flow, and other diagrams. It has significantly reduce the amount of time spent on get documentation and diagrams/designs ready. Awesome tool.
Perfect for Professional diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
There are a multitude of diagram templates, which make the creation of diagrams much quicker and easier! The search feature is extremely useful if you are unsure on which type of diagram to use - the thumbnail makes for much more efficient creation!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont remember seeing an tutorial when I began using LucidChart. It was very easy to pick up but for someone new to using computers, this could have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a business are currently trying to increase the level of buy-in from directors for several projects. Showing the required information through diagrams has helped us to describe our vision as well as increase the likelihood of these becoming a reality. Being able to change the diagrams on the fly quickly has allowed us to create a sense of togetherness with the board thus greatly increasing the buy-in.
Way more features than Vizio, much easier to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Templates galore. A wide variety of templates that basically allows you to hit the ground running
What do you dislike about the product?
The image loader can use improvement. When inserting images, it sometimes appears in weird places and sizes

Making professional and efficient charts super fast, all saved on the cloud.

Diagramming is now easy, fast and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart made it easier for me to convey the importance of using flowcharts for business process management. It became even more accessible with the interface that makes diagramming easy. I will certainly be using the resources I get from Lucidchart for my future projects and also recommend them to my network associates in providing great value in productivity and business management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My usage has not been as extensive for me to find anything I dislike yet. However, the developers of Lucidchart can integrate minor animations that can make the charts more interactive while building and reviewing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running an overall reengineering of all our business processes; we look forward to using the same for improving the systems that we would put in place. The main benefit that we realize right now is the tool's ease of use.
Best tool for visualising business concepts and sharing ideas
What do you like best about the product?
As a Consultant and Senior Manager, Lucidchart is my go-to tool for articulating business processes, frameworks, data, concepts and, sharing ideas because it's intuitive and easy to use. The existing templates and drag and drop libraries make it quick and easy to visualize complex information for stakeholders, and I always receive compliments and praise on the outputs I can produce with Lucidchart. I have recommended this tool to many colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; the free trial and pricing structure are reasonable and reflect the product's value. Having access to all the features is essential. The company bills on time and proposed they would, which is also crucial to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is improved stakeholder relations and planning due to being able to clearly articulate the issues and potential solutions with a visual format. When getting up to speed on a new project or working collaboratively to design and implement a strategy or process, Lucidchart has been the most important and effective tool in supporting conversations with stakeholders and developing professional documents that can be implemented immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucidchart is the ease of use. By either utilizing the existing training videos or just plunging in and figuring things out on the fly, Lucidchart is extremely easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about Lucidchart. The software functions correctly and allows me to create flow charts that help me visualize processes extremely effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucidchart to diagram all of our marketing processes. This allows us to find inefficiencies and maximize our productivity. It also allows us to see where our drip campaigns need tweaking or major overhauls.
Great tool for visualizing complex diagramming

Easy to use tools, create and share documents with teamates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linkage tools could be improved to make it simpler to connect several documents.

We are working on process flow diagramming. Using these workflows to up setup new ERP system.
Great online charting tool
What do you like best about the product?
All of the snap to object functionality seems to work amazingly well. Lot's of great templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - if anything, it would be nice to have more snap-in functionality where rows of a class could be linked directly to rows of another class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attempting to workflow large portions of code into a single diagram.

Amazing diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to free style draw any flow chart in any direction linking multiple streams to each other in a swin lane way and look neat at the same the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Need to try a little more but the connecting of arrows and the arrows moving in different direction can be a tad more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing a process flow which can be shared with the business from which we are greatly benefitting when having team meetings around a particular topics's/functions process.
Great platform for a team to form ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Letting all participants work at the same time on the same interface makes it easy to see what everyone is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some features that may be simple to others, but took me a while to figure out. Tools tips could be nice?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking a complicated process and trying to streamline it with my team. Lucidchart has made it easy to view the flow chart we are working on as well as the other parameters we need to keep in mind.
