Great app for a Mac user!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, as well as the ease of creating documents. Additionally, the data features with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant issues to this point. I would suggest building more into the data feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org charts are a breeze with LucisChart. It's saved me tons of time.

Easy to use templates. Very intuitive icons and tools.

Nothing. The product serves my purpose, nothing fancy or complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To present a very sophisticated clinical test procedure to the IT team to develop codes to automate the test procedures. LucidChart helps create the flow chart without spending too much time learning. Anyone can use it following the pre-made templates.

Start with the basic templates available to you from the website.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of which to use the diagramming and plotting makes planning and charts streamlined. So easy to change and update the charts as needed without additional rerouting of arrows!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far have not found any disadvantages in using the program. It meets my needs, my business needs and I have even used it for personal matters as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of which to diagram and show flow charts for processes has been the most beneficial. This has increased my productivity.

Simple, user-friendly, organized, and easy to share.

In some opportunities is not very easy to move or adjust the squares or figures as all the area of work is affected.

Organizing information in a very simple way, finding creative ways to present the information, doing charts and diagrams to list important information.
Lucidspark - A must for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to utilize for one person or for a team of many. The templates are amazing and provide guidance when needed.

There isn't much to dislike about Lucidspark!

Integration planning
Lucidchart for all diagramming needs (except C4 Model)
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart fits the needs of our organization for almost all our roles as well (product flowcharting, product design, software development, and etc). We can easily share diagrams across teams as well with the Slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart works great for most of our needed use cases. We've recently been migrating over to the C4 model and have had to create our own shapes and templates to accomodate this model. I wish Lucidchart natively supported this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is our go-to solution for diagramming needs and is also our diagramming repository across the organization. This is much easier to use across teams than competitors like Visio.
Very useful for personal projects and work tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how effective it was when I was doing a task for my manager at work; it is definitely a chart that I wished I had discovered earlier to transfer project plans onto.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are when I would copy and paste information from Lucid onto Word or Excel; I'd have to crop it to fit. By fixing this minor error I'd find using Lucid a lot more seamless!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realized are the aesthetics of it; I can present a more precise and professional-looking graph to clients with less effort, and increase my performance.

It is not hard to navigate and is business-friendly!

Powerful and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this tool in the time I've been using it is the abilty to do sharing among distributed teams, which is crucial in my role as a Product Manager for a remote-first organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve at the beginning was a little bit steep. I noticed this first as I tend to be a DIY person and like digging in before reading the docs. The high learning curve isn't necessarily a bad thing, as feature-rich products do sometimes carry that risk. Luckily, the LucidChart team has been "Johnny of the Spot" to answer questions and offer training if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, I'm the product manager for a yet-to-be-released product based on a micro-services architecture. Therefore, it is very (very) complex under-the-hood. There is no way on earth I'd be able to understand the ins and outs of this product (let alone explain it) to a non-developer audience *without* some kind of a visual aid. LucidChart fills that need for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a learning curve, but give it a day or two of effort and you're off to the races!

I have trouble aligning shapes sometimes. I think the total freedom of creation sometimes takes longer because I'm trying to align everything so that it looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product problems. User flows in software development. The benefits are that I can communicate effectively following a diagram.

For product people, Lucidchart is a great way to show user flows.
