Lucidchart for product design
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and the colaboartive features make more easier the workflow to delivery and understand ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with design software like Figma and Adobe XD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize Ideas of brainstorming new features of minimum viable products, handoff design ideas to the developers, and also discuss and improve new requirements at a low level

I need a collaborative tool that let me work with other teammates in different parts of the world

What do you like best about the product?
Good templates for a variety of use cases.
Navigating an existing chart (pan, scroll, zoom, etc...) is intuitive.
Directory of my team's charts is easy to navigate, as is document sharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually creating a diagram from scratch isn't fun. I still use a whiteboard when I'm trying to create because the tool (with keyboard and mouse) interrupts flow.
I'd also like better versioning tools to show document history more intuitively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's better than PowerPoint, but not as good as a whiteboard, for making diagrams. It's a solid platform for making technical diagrams for sharing with others.
Diagramming Flows
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart makes it quick and easy to diagram and create flows for visibility. Great for collaboration and presentation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the copy and drag and drop functions are tough to manage, and the arrows can be unwieldy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving working away from Google docs for creating clear-cut, easy-to-follow diagram flows that would have been difficult to craft othewise!
Nice and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. There is a template for algorithm flowchart, which made my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to resize the page layout. I wanted to make my diagram longer instead of wider. There might be a way to do this, but I could not find it.

Quick and easy to map out the processes. Ability to connect and work together on the same process flow. Have a single source of truth :)

Capability road-mapping and map out the associated process flows. Conduct process-level gap analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The best way of describing what I like best is what Lucidcharts has over other similar software. I like how easy the snapping controls are, the preset flowchart elements, and reusable 'shapes in use.' This tool is perfect for quickly creating user flows (which is what I use it for) as it allows users like myself to do one bit of our job much quicker than other similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graph creation UI feels similar to Microsoft Word, although depending on your userbase, that could be a good or bad thing?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Designer, I use tools like this to map our software, quickly demonstrate to key stakeholders functionality etc. The massive benefit using software like this is how rapidly you can create and explain a solution to relevant people, even more so than wireframing.

If you're looking for a rapid tool to create charts and user diagrams, Lucidchart is top tier.

it is easy to draft and create diffrent types of charts

in charts it is not possible to create people in the middle of two reports (i.e. the executive assistant of a CEO) or levels (i.e. a Manager might have coordinators and analyst reporting them directly, these are direct reports but it should be able to put them at different levelts in the org chart
