Greatest Of All Time Collaboration Software For Brainstorming And Mind maps.
What do you like best about the product?
With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is super easy to collaborate with cross-functional team. We love that it is all on one page and user-friendly. The different colored sticky notes help us easily identify tasks based on levels of urgency. Anytime you need to have multiple people on a document collaborating on a task or an assignment, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet noticed any areas of improvement so I lack nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very easy and intuitive to use, and the amount of clarity and visualization it allows us has been so fantastic and most valuable. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool, easy to use and gives all team members an opportunity to participate and contribute.
Great Online Diagramming Tool With Excellent Collaboration And Well-Stocked Libraries Of Templates.
What do you like best about the product?
The provided templates are very useful, specifically, our team uses cloud architecture templates for different stages of solution design. Additionally, I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to help make decisions by creating diagrams that accurately represent reality. It's a great tool for documenting ideal processes, designing user flows and lots of other aspects of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, lines get twisted up and can be annoying to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very much. It's a great and excellent tool to collaborate and brainstorm online. It has very useful features and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's whiteboard works really well with graphic tablets.

What do you like best about the product?
What an amazingly simple and easy to use tool for collaborating while making use of case drawings and flow diagrams. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also easy to understand, and drag and drop features are seamless. The ease of use in spinning up new flows quickly and and sharing them between the team instantly is a huge bonus for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is complete 99%. I lack nothing to that I like least about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the features for org charts. It's been really helpful to my ability to develop my skills within the Microsoft suite. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us brainstorm, collaborate, and it really makes virtual team collaboration easier.

I appreciate how easy it is to work with multiple people across different teams.

It is not as organized as I would like it to be. It can be hard to find some templates.

I would like to see improved performance with larger, more complex diagrams as they can sometimes feel cluttered and slow to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes my designs look more professional. The UI is very good, and connecting the flow is easier to use. The transformation of shapes on the go is also a helpful feature. Having templates is a huge plus as they help me create better mappings. I feel the Lucid app has more design elements than Figma. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the AI assist needs improvement. The assisted layout seems a bit unstable. Also, there needs to be better tips for beginners.

I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flowchart mapping. It makes my designs look more professional and the templates help me create better mappings.

it took a while to understand and get used to the model it could be more labelled and make it easier to find certain things

Effortless Collaboration, Instant SOP Access
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. At first glance, seeing lots of workflows looks complicated to create, but actually, Lucid makes creating workflows quick. Updating my own workflows is super simple and not a job I ever put off doing. It literally takes minutes for anyone in our organization to update our workflows, and we can see each other's all in one place. It's a great collaboration tool. The initial setup was really easy, and I genuinely think it's a great product that I would rate a 9.5.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find using the arrows a bit tricky at times if I want to reposition them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create and update SOPs, allowing anyone in the organization to perform tasks seamlessly. It prevents failures when key people are unavailable and makes collaboration easy by keeping our workflows in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I am really impressed with the super user-friendly UI/UX of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which makes it easy to use without needing much time to learn the platform. This allows me to stay focused on the core issues we face. I also find the pre-built templates to be a big time saver, as they’re ready to go and help streamline the process of creating flows and managing leads. The software provides a visual representation of bottlenecks and helps solve the issue of catering to all the leads we receive. It's just better for me in terms of UI/UX, especially compared to our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a bit too many pop-ups. It would be better if there was a predefined user input for preferences regarding the pop-ups.
