Effective and powerful tool to create professional diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a very easy-to-use user interface and a useful set of widgets to create professional looking diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the features of the Lucidchart. Maybe there is an option to go with diagram based pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't face any major challenges after I upgrade my free trial

It's always good to start with paid tier which allows you to get all the features without a hassle.
Lucidchart diagraming tools review
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way the software is equipped to handle most types of common flowcharts, including templates for basic process flowcharts, value stream maps, up/down maps, among dozen others. It also has enough customization to make a template your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has slowed me down is mostly regarding the UI, where for office tools I've become accustomed to the ribbon interface introduced in Microsoft Office software, and the change has me relearning some things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing various types of flowcharts, including regular process flowcharts, information flowcharts, value stream maps, and other diagraming as a support for different divisions of my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In general, it is always recommended to evaluate a solution against your current and future needs, not buying it only because it has high acolytes, but with that said Lucidchart is a software that easily allows you to solve most of your diagramming needs without fuss or steep learning curve.

The functionality is great! It gives me everything I need for diagrams.

There was a bit of a learning curve but not really a big negative.

Lucidchart has made it very simple to share ideas with colleagues during the discovery stage. This makes collaboration much more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to drag, drop and modify all the shapes with ease. It is extreemly user frindly and the output lokks very proffesional.

The software does the job well, and there is nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid charts for workflow charts and family charts for our consulting department's clients.
Lucidchart is great for expressing your ideas and collaboration with others.
What do you like best about the product?
Since everyone is working remotely, Lucidchart becomes a necessary tool for collaboration and expressing your ideas to others which replaces the traditional whiteboard. This software is excellent for brainstorming and managing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much; I just started using the Lucidchart application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart for diagramming Flowcharts that will be used in software development. I also use it for checking diagrams by other team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My previous experience is with Microsoft Visio, and my experience with Lucidchart is almost the same with more functionality.

Easy to diagram, tools straightforward to use, and very intuitive way of working

Sometimes the lines of alignment appear and disappear out of nowhere, and it becomes really annoying.

Work and software fluxs, it becomes very easy to show to others how tlows work

It's helping us to create very quickly processes charts

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is intuitive and very easy to use. It helps to quickly build diagrams that I use to demonstrate solutions to customers. It is a huge time saver. It is the best tool I have used around diagramming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a great solution. The only thing that can be a pain is when duplicating diagrams. Sometimes things get lost or change when duplicating a diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to build out solutions particular to each merchant. Everyone's architecture is different, and how we fit in changes. It allows us to easily convey how merchants can go live with us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple yet powerful. It fits my needs and allows me to share my diagrams and charts with people. Behind the simplicity, there are both powerful and more complicated tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features I have not had time to try. I can't really say that it is a problem with the system; rather my limited time. I can't really come up with anything negative...

I mostly draw process charts. Both technical with systems and human processes. I find it very useful to be able to show people the two types next to each other to create understanding
