What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes it so easy to plan out workflow diagrams which assist us when it comes to workflow implementation done by various people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a bit frustrating when pulling in arrows and lines, this is something to get used to when creating diagrams, but other than that there are no negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps us create diagrams for automation that is to be set up by the implementation team, a properly executed Lucidchart diagram makes implementation really easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart was the first diagramming program I used, which allowed me to collaborate in real time with my peers on diagramming projects, and this is what I like best about it.
The ability to bring multiple persons into the diagraming space in real-time accelerates collaboration, and often ensures that the right decisions are made on every step of our diagramming project.

What do you dislike about the product?
The template and icon libraries are greatly limited. This often has meant having to improvise and develop diagrams from scratch when working on unique processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart exclusively for creating operational diagrams such as mind maps, flow charts, process maps etc .
Lucidchart makes it easier for me to pass my messages across to my co-workers, when explaining specific ideas to them, especially when it involves processes. In some cases, I simply share the diagram with them and they understand it without me having to directly explain.

Easy to learn, versatile diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based app, easy to collaborate internally or externally. Huge library of shapes. Integration with Salesforce (not surprising, that's what Salesforce uses internally for their diagramming), it is easy to pull metadata directly from your org to build an architectural diagram, which is a huge plus. Ability to embed charts into Google Docs or export in all common formats, including Visio. Templates and shape libraries are pretty handy for specific use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is fairly limited, you need a paid account to add comments even if you are just collaborating on one doc with someone. It would be nice to have more style options for diagrams, colors, fonts, and so on, to make them more visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborate on IT projects, create architectural diagrams, document technical requirements. It makes it easy for anyone on the project to visualize the steps and what we are trying to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
There are SO many options for creating charts and diagrams within Lucidchart. I really love all the options for customizing your chart or iagram. I have used this in a few different environments and when I search for something to include in my diagram, I can almost always find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited, and. I haven't been able to justify upgrading for a premium subscription. I also dislike that you have a limited number of charts you can create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great way to collaborate with others and create a diagram for mapping out an event, brainstorming, or wireframing. I can save, share, and print off hard copies of my diagrams as well.
Lucidchart is part of my daily process and I do enjoy using it!

I like how intuitive the software is; I like how you can easily create a new shape and add on to the Diagramme. I use this software a lot for Diagramming and my process creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bit of trouble with the swimlanes at first, transitioning from another software. But the software has good guides and alot of ways to find help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was easily creating all kinds of process flows, flow diagrams. Lucidcharts is a great tool for solving these issues, is time-efficient and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using this too. It is easy to use and has all of the functionality that I need to get the flows and diagrams done that I need.

Simplicity with compatibility, UX and exportability.

Sharing and whiteboarding is not that seemless with non lucid chart users.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found that charting or account mapping tools can be a dime a dozen, Lucidchart, however, has included features that make the experience and the content top tier. My favorite features are being able to upload pictures and hyperlink Linkined Profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the training they give you, it took some time to get used to ALL of the features it includes. The training could have been more extensive giving it just talks about the highlights and not all the software can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With LucidChart, I've put together extensive and detailed account planning maps for our global sales team that have been used in presentations and internal planning meetings. Everyone always complements the small details like the addition of the company logo, pictures of who is involved, and the accuracy of the timelines.

It has a host of templates that make diagram development and creative idea presentation easy. With this tool, you can collaborate in the same work area in real-time and share the result in various valuable formats

It should integrate a dark mode that allows developers to care for vision. Additionally, you should add more templates for creating Mockups for the development of user interfaces of web systems

Continuous collaboration, availability of the tool, and the ability to creatively generate ideas and workflows with the rest of the team and share in particular sections

Ease of use during first playthrough made it very fast to be up and running and designing

Moving a group of shapes often makes all the connecting arrows wrong, needs lots of fiddling with arrows.
