If you have budget then just buy the tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient and caters to my project needs whether I have to explain it to tech team or business team. I never had the need to use it with other tools but I would be using with Salesforce in future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I have been using for a couple of years since it was free. Now, it is paid. Though I can still use it but the projects are big so eventually I have to pay up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a visual person, Lucid has been my go to when I have to work on projects which don't have diagramming tools. It has all the templates that I need. Additionally, it has tutorials now.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The arrange function is very useful to align shapes

Sometimes ctrl c ctrl v pastes an item far away from the area of the page you are working only

Lucid chart has been very useful for business process mapping

What do you like best about the product?
I like this online tool as it's very easy to use and you can collaborate with people and manage collaborators on the file. In project management, we sometimes use complex flowcharts or processes and I find Lucidchart very useful for these.
What do you dislike about the product?
In complex or large charts, sometimes it's hard to move the shapes and the items to the desired places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between colleagues is a great feature as it's mostly necessary to collaborate on process charts. Also there are many templates for various purposes which help to get it started.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend going through Lucidchart's Learning Campus. They have great tutorials and they even have a Lucidchart editor within the course to practice. It is for premium users though.
Excellent tool for software development
What do you like best about the product?
Work in real-time with other users, create, edit, and export to files useful. Add comments in specific elements and more!. it's easier to use than other competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to add the dark mode to the user interface. Mainly for eye care, reducing the white on the screen is essential for software developers. It's my opinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availability for all the team, export to any files, and co-working. It's more cheapest than other options in the desktop version.
Diagramming Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is an intuitive means of taking your diagramming needs and applying any changes or tweaks easily. I previously did my diagramming on PowerPoint and was constantly miserable with how unfriendly it was. A colleague pointed me in the direction of Lucidchart and walked me through the functions, and I don't believe I'll ever use anything else!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only seen one downside, and I'm not entirely sure it's attributable to the system itself. Sometimes, when you convert the diagram into a PDF, it tilts a diagram element to a slight angle. I'm unsure if this is due to a small glitch or a simple user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to assist in diagramming organizational structures. One benefit of Lucidchart is the ease of allowing multiple authors to provide input and/or notes towards editing a draft into a final product.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access from anywhere - and shareability to anywhere/anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Lucidchart is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is the biggest solve - being able to jump in with a team from all around the country and just start creating, each putting our thoughts out there, moving things around for each other, working in parallel on different sections - no more "do your thing then email it to the next person" iteration. So good! Having a robust charting solution with so many amazing templates readily available, at no cost, is a close second.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't walk to Lucidchart, run! Early in my career, I was a fan of Visio, but perpetually frustrated that few others had it (high cost) and even if they did, the 'sharing' features weren't great. Lucidchart knocks sharing & collaboration right out of the park, and has a robust ever-evolving feature set along with many great (free) templates).

I have not yet found features I dislike. I will use it more and see if I find any.

I have been able to read through detailed flowcharts that have simplified information
A fantastic, collaborative flow chart platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create easy to build charts. I like how easy they are to build, and that its an online tool. I like the customer success team and how accessible they are. I have many a time accidentally upgraded and they were kind enough to immediately reimburse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn;t a good training tutorial resource that I have been able to find. Its fairly easy to use but I am sure there are things that would make my life easier while using it that I am just unaware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving many process issues that I can now visualize and present very easily. We are much more productive and better at documenting processes.

Try the free version first and upgrade slowly once you need to.

Creating clear processes is a big challenge, and with Lucidchart it becomes possible
Intuitive Organized Utility
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart passes the IOU test. It is an intuitive, organized utility. It's intuitive in that you can pretty much start using it right away, without much training needed. And that's because it's well organized, in a way that makes sense. It's an essential utility for anyone that needs to present a visual representation of their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything I don't like about it. It's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization, we have created visual diagrams and shared them out using the embedding feature. We embed the visuals into project management software for everyone to access. And because they are embedded, all changes to the visuals update wherever the embed link lives, so no need to keep track of where they are published, at least not to update and swap out revisions.
