Intuitive, user-friendly design
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, user-friendly design. Vey easy to mainuplate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing with other services is lacking. Needs more integration options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping made simple. Org charts are more flexible and easily editable.
Great flowchart visualization software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of pre-made templates, they are a fantastic starting point for creating everything from flow charts, to gantt charts, process support documents, and I've even started utilizing the brainstorming boards as a way to keep track of departmental ideas that stem from daily standups and reviews of work internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there could be one or two more standard features added to each of the lower price points. I feel like entry points are the key to conversion here, once people have an opportunity to use more of the common sense features they will more readily upgrade their accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucidchart to help structure our departmental growth as we develop organizational charts. Additionally I am using the service to help created flowcharts for inter-departmental work and processes to help departments better understand how they are working together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a robust and mature diagramming and chart creation tool, that will help you manage department projects, staff and tasks, this a fantastic service.
Best diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of creation, the short learning curve and the quick courses help you use all the functionalities. The best-discovered software of 2021, all companies should buy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of the toolbox is old-fashioned but could be easily improved in the next updates. I miss a button to a new WYS/WYG way to easily create my set of custom shapes online to avoid creating and importing SVG or Visio stencil files from my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Register company internal processes to start improving them. This tool was the one that let us easily see how we are working and where the major amount of time is spent.
Easy-to-use - All in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the tool is the fact that they really put the user first. When building out a flowchart, the system is always prompting you to add another process or flow. This little automation, allows me to keep my train of thought on building the flowchart and not worrying about finding where the diagram component is on the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think they can improve on is the addition of emoji as diagram components. Other tools allow this and it makes diagrams more fun and appealing. They have a set already but I think there is some room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out processes that are not documented. Processes are difficult to map out and lead to human error. These errors are costly and a waste of time. It needs to be documented.

Nothing it can't do
What do you like best about the product?
As a whiteboarding tool, Lucidspark is extremely powerful. It has all the features you would expect with amazing teamwork and organizational features. It really enriches a meeting. It also has templates for pretty much every use-case, and it works well in low-bandwidth (mobile data) environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom integration is a bit lacking, in that access rights seem to be managed separately from the meeting invites. It also occasionally seems to be prone to desync under some conditions but this is infrequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is used for organizing thoughts and ideas in meetings as well as brainstorming solo. The collaboration features such as multi-user editing and voting both enrich the workflow considerably.
I had a very smooth user experience as Lucid chart is easy to learn and has plentiful of templates.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is responsive and has lots of object libraries and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a desktop app, and the pricing plan can be straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid charts are smooth, just need more templates related to work I do in productivity space.
Diagram experience using Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
I was new to the tool and I was very productive almost immediately, no significant learning curve. The user interface is really friendly and intuitive. It is much easier to use compared to other products I used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will like to be able to work offline, so far found templates that I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming, it allows me to create different types of diagrams quite easily for technical and business documentation. Its ease of use makes me productive.
Easy to learn and imports Visio
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Visio for over a decade. I was not sure if a web app would be fast enough or have enough features to be useful. It turns out Lucidchat is both very easy to learn and has most of the features you need. If you have used Visio, your learning curve is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The few things that need improvement are very small. Once you import any Visio template, it's hard to see as just the icons appear. You need click on each one to see the names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is great for creating rack diagrams for data center layout. Also, networking digrams are very easy. There a ton of additional features I need to learn to get the most value out of it.
Effective and Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to get started. I have used a couple of other tools, but not extensively. Getting going with Lucid was so easy! I know I'll only be a casual user, but I have no concerns that if I don't use it for a short while, I know I won't have trouble going back to it.
Within 30 minutes, I'd produced the first version of a diagram I needed ... it provided all of the basic shapes I needed, and as I dragged them into place, it put out alignment markers, thereby improving the look and feel of the diagram. Linking text boxes was so easy ... and it properly linked them, without the need to zoom in to "attach" either end. Making the linking arrows look as I wanted was easy as well as I dragged boxes around ... I had a little trouble finding a tool to change one aspect, but frankly, it was there ... I just did a "boy look" when trying to find it.
Everything is logically set out in the toolbox, and there are heaps of shapes to play with - I didn't need them, but seeing them there reassured me that when I might need them, they'd be there.
And the diagram I produced looked very professional ... Other tools I've used simply don't stack up as far as I'm concerned.
I'm sold! While this is mandated from a corporate perspective, they on't have to convince me to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really. I've used it to develop one diagram ... but I did go through several versions, as I made the diagram more complex, as I developed the procedure I needed to diagrammatically represent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a professional looking diagram EASILY!
I am absolutely benefitting financially - the saving in time and frustration is huge! I was told i had to use the tool, and was not looking forward to having to do so ... but I'm sold!
I've previously sent off requests to have things done in a charting tool ... and of course this means several iterations as you get the other person to get your diagram "right". No more of that ... I can quickly and easily do this myself!

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is very easy for creating in a fast way GCP complex Chart. I can even reutilize some existent templates and adapt them very quickly to my needs, and I even can use different Clouds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, actually the product don't have a lot of issues. I don't have any issues with it. Maybe the only thing that I will change is the price. It's too expensive for a single tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always create GCP charts for my clients. I really like to work with it because I can really create draft diagrams and also change later after I got some feeback from my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to start with the technologies that you understand. It will be more easy to get a real diagram.
