The quickest and cleanest way I have ever used to create diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies making relationships between your shapes and intuitively arranges lines, arrows, or any type of connectors. Having symmetry in my diagrams is effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to select a specif set of shapes within a shape, these need to be selected one by one. This can be improved if I could enable the mouse pointer and hover over the shapes intended for selection (this can only be done when your shapes are on the canvas itself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently documenting all the internal processes and Lucidchart has made it pretty simple and fast for us. We are very productive without sacrificing quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version and forget about using traditional apps for diagramming.
Great tool for visualisation and conceptualisation

I like the intuitive tools and the the fact that the system has multiple, very useful integrations

Nothing! Just continue adding those helpful integrations!

Solving issues of clients not being able to see everything or visualise certain elements
The best web best charting app
What do you like best about the product?
I can use Visio stencils, its easy to share the chart with the team, and the web based functionality is spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get a little wonky because its the web-based but it is rare.

a way to diagram our cloud system and be able to share it.

Drawing is very easy and intuitive, more then Microsoft Visio. Is faster dan MS Visio

Nothing for the moment; maybe to drag Picture in chart function can be optimized

Good program for flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
Once you sign up its pretty east to start creating flow charts. It did not take any special software downloads which is nice. Everything can be done from a web browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt much varitey for shapes. You are limited to the template they give you. Also the arrows that link items are extremely sensitive and it takes a lot of time to get those right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't really solved any problems with Lucidchart. It is a simple program which I like. I used this for a life cycle project at work and it was all I needed to get the project done.
Excellent floor design software tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive and easy to use and manipulate. It is also comprehensive: it had everything I needed for floor planning and room design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked it if it worked with fractions of inches in its measurements, rather than just one inch increments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved an entire redesign and reconstruction of two rooms. The redesign helped me to understand what is possible and not possible.
Organized & systematic
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucidspark is very organized and systematic. It is also user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks a bit intimidating to use at first.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The previous settings are not saved the next time I select "Blank Document". I have to choose settings and import shape libraries all over again. I know I can save it as a template, but it would be nice if Lucidchart remembered my previous choices.
- I miss the feature to distribute/adjust all Swimlanes evenly. At the moment, we can only resize those individually by hand, which is troublesome if you have more than 3 lanes and want them to look even.
- I still haven't found a way to pin the working canvas, so that it stays in place while scrolling and doesn't shift around with the grey background. I wish that the background only extended to the right and downwards.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create high-quality charts that can be shared among team members. Most types of diagrams are available in an intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to search for diagram names and text contained within a set of diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to create sequence diagrams that help us understand and design a better system.

For one of best org and flow diagrams with great software templates, class and flowcharts, lucidchart is very good.
