An unbelievably powerful tool for anyone that needs to map out their processes!
What do you like best about the product?
The way that the utility toolbar empowers you as a user and specifically makes creating charts and workflows so seamless. I opted not to do the tutorial and found everything extremely seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I didn't have to pay to access most features or higher level productivity, though there is a trial that is offered after a pretty solid amount of work is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've needed a tool that can outline processes internally for responding to tickets or handling issues, and this tool allows us to create a seamless chart that outlines steps in order.
good product, easy to use and nice user interface. highly recommended.

none at the moment. will see when I use lucidchart a bit more.

Using Lucidchart to visualise complex processes

drag and drop intuitive creation of visual charts. perfect for its application
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, additional images can be easily downloaded. It would be nice to be able to add colour to the shapes or edit them, eg:make the shape outlines dotted etc

Creating visual charts of complex processes for internal training &knowledge base including client use for better understanding of high level overviews
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great cloud based application, ease of sharing with colleagues & clients. Theres a few tools like this out there, but none that feel they're built specifically for purpose. Any free apps out there don't come anywhere close to Lucidchart for functionality.
It just works, making charts is easier with Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-n-drop nature is easily understood and makes it simple to create a diagram. The audience I am presenting to can easily tell what I am showing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automagical "helper" functions get carried away
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to share my design and outline a diagram for a complicated concept I find visual is better than walking through code.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to Have a computer software that guys are able to understand in the field using iPad and iPhones .
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to edit from mobil devices and leaving notes under certain items in mobile just shows up as a note on the entire project. Also, mobile layer editing would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking a floor plan and adding low voltage charting on top. Giving labels and allowing designers and install teams to correctly plan and design a project start to finish.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MAke sure you have time to design, the more you do on the front end you don't have to do on the back end.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to import employees and titles from Google or Excel so Lucid chart can build the org chart for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you need to have a paid account to edit the chart without starting over and importing a new spreadsheet.

Work flow and organizational hierarchy. Being able to see the bigger picture.
Intuitive - easy to diagram processes
What do you like best about the product?
Built-in functionality - drawing flowchart lines out of boxes, drag-and-drop organization, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike w/ LucidChart -- but if I had to pick something, it's the "jump" function for lines that cross each other, and 'redrawing' lines. A little finnicky.

I am diagramming tax processes for non-tax people. Easier explanations.

Great tool for algorithm structure presentation
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited x-y size on the works board. Easy to remove objects while keeping all the links
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to export high-quality copies of the charts when those are too big. Having options to export at custom resolution and format is still missing

Illustration of flowcharts and algorithms. Easy to work on different boards as a team
