I like that it's easy to use and that you can work with others

It is a little bit expensive and I feel like there should be more templates

Brainstorming - it is easy to use because it is easy to navigate and change things

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. While Lucid offers templates to base your graphs on, you still have the freedom to customize them freely. I haven't used any other competitors yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to click into the text boxes. Otherwise, really nothing! Everything seems to work properly. I haven't yet noticed any significant areas in need of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart mainly to visualize teams within my accounts. I can easily see who works who, who I am in contact with, etc. It's just the ease of categorizing in an aesthetic and organized way.
Agile Flow Chart Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the essential feature for me with this software. Compared to other similar software on the market I found this incredibly easy to learn and master.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some instances, when you are dragging arrows to new boxes in your flow chart, it lags or brings the arrow to the wrong spot. This can get very frustrating when working on a large project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in process improvement, so mapping processes is critical to my job. Lucidchart has helped me give my employees clarity when we are implementing new processes and procedures.

An agile platform that is easy to learn and master.

can only integrate to google workspace and not microsoft office

Making diagram and workflow a more uniform structure whereby every shape are auto alinged
Lucidchart for architectural diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to import external icons such that I can convey architectural diagrams effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto-connect feature does not work as intended leaving me to manually attach connections to icons.

We use Lucidchart to create architectural diagrams to share with outside stakeholders.
Lucidspark Review
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid spark is a fun to use toolset which allows you to collaborate on work spaces with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark does require an internet connection which means it cannot be used when working offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid spark has allowed my team to collaborate on shared tasks easily. It has also assisted me in being meeting ready as i can prepare process flows, diagrams in advance that can then be shared over video calls.

It is easy to use so get stuck in and start creating workspaces. Collaborate with your team and share your work spaces.

I cant think of anything that is missing from the product. For what we use it for, it is great.

The ability to clearly document a process and collaborate with other users is super helpful. This helps with productivity and collaboration which drives performance.

In terms of recommendations, consider purchasing their team plan so you can collaborate and create company wide diagrams
Better Than Expected
What do you like best about the product?
You can add multiple employees to org charts and move them around to different managers without shifting the entire report. You can adjust org chart fields
What do you dislike about the product?
When moving the shapes on the org chart, the format is automatic. The software does not allow you to adjust the display for the direct reports (to the right, left, bottom). This causes issues when trying to fit everything on one page. Scaling it during printing makes the font tiny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily edit org charts without disturbing the layout. When edits are made, the date and time are automatically updated on the document. The different templates save time.
Virtual Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the visual nature of this product! If you could see my workspace, you would see all the post-it notes all over my monitors, scattered around my desk, sticking out of my notebook, stacked everywhere, on my walls, etc. Now that my company and team is remote, it is hard to not be in a room together with a whiteboard where you brainstorm and put post-it notes on the board and move them around. Having LucidSpark has helped me to organize my thoughts and has helped the team to understand what I'm thinking and has helped them to see the big picture and see how what they are working on fits into that picture and to see what everyone else is working on as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing the board has been a bit difficult. Also, the board seems to start loading slower when I have a lot of browser tabs open, but if I open it in a private browser it opens faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my thoughts, re-arranging, mapping workflow. helping my team to see the big picture.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has a good number of templates to use in almost every sector. They start you off, so you can hit the ground running and achieve organization-wide goals fast, even if you've never used a similar platform.
