Diagramming Drip + Wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use right out of the box. Very intuitive and the templates save a ton of time. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the 'enterprise' version made more sense for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems per se, but the benefits of being able to start working and developing a client-facing solution is so much faster than starting from scratch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free trial is worth the time to kick the tires. Dive into the templates to get a headstart.

It's fairly simple to use & quite fun to make unique charts/diagrams!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it wasn't so touchy when moving items around & I wish there was an easier way to align items or make them all the same size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on our flow chart for our research studies. Its a great way to visualize what we need to get done!
LucidChart is excellent for mind-mapping!

I developed an org chart that was easy to update quickly. I was laid out some workflows for my team.

The flexibility and the quick way you can create flowcharts, plus all the add-on like links, or multilayers, are a must for work needs when you need to express complex logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
the look is a bit old school, can just redesign with a more modern look and touch, but for this type of software the most important is the ease to use and effectiveness
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Express difficult and complicated logic or processes in a one diagram easy to read and with all the information and relations in one single page, so we all can work better

Read carefully all the functions, and shortcut to improve the productivity and speed in creating charts

What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to get introduced and play around with the entire tool and platform. It's always been very intuitive, and one can learn the ins and outs without much external guidance. UI and UX, paired with the functionalities, make this a handy tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be slightly tricky to navigate through large charts when the user is using a smaller screen or running on low resolution, especially when the text is relatively small on a large diagram.

Diagramming of all sorts, whether it be technical architectures, flow charts, customer journeys, etc. The flexibility and utility make it easy for me to create what I'd visualized in my head

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart starts with a free trial to explore the tool before purchasing. I also like being able to choose from templates or start from scratch to build my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer number of templates available can be a bit overwhelming. I have found a flowchart or two that I have trouble maintaining formatting when I print, but only a minor inconvenience.

I use Lucidchart to diagram process maps across all areas of business. Flowcharts and diagrams help business operations run more smoothly and set expectations across departments.
Easy and breezy charting and diagramming!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart offers a lot of templates I can use, such as flowcharts, timelines, diagrams, tables, and many more! Navigation is super easy, and I can also have my team members access it to collaborate better!

To be honest, if you have a paid account, everything that you need is already there! Nothing to dislike, really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my presentations and reports visually appealing and organized has been one of the biggest challenges in my role. Lucidchart has offered me a more efficient way of creating diagrams, graphs, and all other essential tools for my presentations and reports. It has made it more understandable and visually appealing for my stakeholders.

The drag and drop options are extremely intuitive and easy to use. There are preset templates for just about any scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike - especially compared to other charting applications.

Quickly creating process flows vs struggling with clunky charting applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I am teaching a couple of peers how to process map and why it's essential. We needed a tool to map the processes we drew out, and we were provided access to Lucid. This tool is so user-friendly, they were able to start leveraging immediately. We were thrilled with the UI experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the line delineation between the different swimlanes, but we haven't played with the tool enough to understand if it is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have specific processes documented, and the person who was the point of contact resigned from the organization. Process mapping in Lucid is beneficial so that anyone can view and understand the process at hand. We are reviewing to consider how we can determine how to streamline the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and easy for quick engineering drawings
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we have project management realted stuff in it too for a complete package.
