Great for so many things
What do you like best about the product?
All the libraries. So many build in libarires make it very easy to build process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, very good tool to use. i have no complaints

Easiest Diagramming Tool EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about this tool is that there are literally hundreds of templates to help you get started, whether you need flowcharting, project planning, organization charts, etc. Ease of use was another huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free software only enabled 60 shapes, then I had to sign up for free one-week trial. I loved the software so much that I kept the product (price was great) and signed for a one-year term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently started a position at a new company and there were no organization or flow charts to help me understand the flow of data and handoffs/relationships between departments. Our company doesn't have flowcharting software, so I found this one online and within one hour, I was able to do a business flow chart for my department and my peers loved it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review all templates before starting a diagram from scratch - there are so many good base templates available to help you get started!

Real-time collaboration with teammates gives a great work experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be better, but of course, it isn't a downside. Overall it is a great experience.

We collaborate with squad members to be more agile and plan sprints effectively. It increases the efficiency of the whole team.

How easy and elegant the flowcharts look.

Sometimes it is complicated to edit existing flowcharts

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options for me to create exactly what I want in the shape that I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I dislike. I think I just need to spend more time learning how to use it. There are just endless possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have several presentations coming and even though it is the same topic, they are being present it to different groups. It makes it easy to translate the same information and different visual ways.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy and the tutorials are quick and to the point.

Nothing so far. I can't complain about it. Simple and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the software, and the wide range of available templates.
Also, the integration between LucidSpark and LucidChart is very helpful, including integrations with Slack and JIRA.

For now there is nothing to dislike. It all works as you would expect as a user.

It helps us in visualizing the ideas we have regarding a certain process and how to realize it in our Salesforce product. So we are all aligned on the same principles.
Great for Diagramming, Process Flows and Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is a very simple system to use, it has a wide range of tools and options to help with all diagramming needs as well as process flows and org charts. I particularly like using swim lanes. the system has plenty of handy guidance on how to use and is in my experience a better alternative to Visio. very easy to collaborate with others aswell

There is nothing about this product that I dislike. could be easier to transpose from other platforms, but thats minor
