What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is my favorite project management program. I set it up, and in a few minutes, I was able to start using it without reading a manual or using tutorials. Lucidspark gives us many possibilities for brainstorming and organizing tasks, making it one of my favorite solutions. I have shared boards with my team, so they can watch and not get in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the templates are too repetitive and need more variety. There is also a lack of tutorials for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps us visualize our projects and see how functional our processes are. It will help us improve them.

My first choice during remote conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
We can collaborate on one screen at the same time and review each other's work. It also makes it possible for us to vote on ideas in real-time and get feedback from teammates about something that occurred during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hidden behind frustrating menus, and there is a problem with the zoom function on Macs.

We have centralized our distributed team to focus on topics, and it has helped with brainstorming sessions. It has also allowed us to do brainstorming on projects more efficiently.
Product Manager review
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic user experience overall, intuitive interface, useful integration in JIRA and solid live collaboration tools. Especially appreciate the diversity of templates available. Stability and performance are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. My main request would be to add functionality for live calls/ video for a team to get together and collaborate even more efficiently. Not a dealbreaker but an area of improvement especially when compared to some other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Manager, a lot of my activity is cross-functional, especially with designers and engineers, and being able to sketch/ map workflows or ideate on solutions quickly is fundamental. Your products make it easy to align as a team and document our thoughts as we make progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good to see feedback in real time. Excellent option for brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little difficult to learn how to navigate at the beginning for some folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling remote team members together in creative and energizing ways.
Good product. Gets the job done and is available anywhere there is internet.
What do you like best about the product?
The options are very similar to that of Microsoft's Visio product and is a great alternative if you don't want to use Visio. The interface is clean and I like being able to use the data-linking feature to simplify the data and flow of information. Being able to work as a team on documents is a great plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a great product, if you are an Office365 user and do not want to pay extra using Visio online is a cheaper method. I'd prefer to be able to have more online storage available for lower-end accounts and be able to more easily manage the storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using LucidChart we originally were using PowerPoint to create more complex diagrams but it limited us on how much area we could use. We didn't want to purchase a Visio license for each of our team members as it would have been a larger cost. LucidChart was a great alternative for our small team.
Diagramming for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
A user-friendly online diagramming software with a great real-time collaborative aspect topped with an impressive array of templates. Lucidchart does make the drawing of flow charts and diagrams easy - and tidy.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an online tool, Lucidchart offers limited offline options, on the one hand.
On the other hand, the platform can still get better by adding more content on how-to: although it is worth the time and energy investment in the beginning, it does takes quite some time to get into.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to track and chart our processes, mainly. It does help a lot with streamlining our work.
