Flexible and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and speed in which I am able to get ideas from my head (or a conversation) down into a flow to get aligned with the team, especially while working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more custom shapes and ability to alter text on timelines. There are very few things I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to work across multiple departments to communicate a user journey or experience. The ability to collaborate with multiple people on a single flow at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's very simple to use and learn. Of course, the first time I started using it, I couldn't figure out which shapes/categories do I want to use but once you spend half an hour or so, you'd figure out it's rather simple to favourite your own shapes and then use those. Even their free version offers almost all features before you want to buy the paid version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've felt, the arrows are a little messy and the default formatting doesn't look very clean either but apart from that, I've no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier for me to map a workflow for my clients and give them an overview of a complicated process. I can easily show what could happen in different situations through very clean flowcharts.
Excellent Data Diagram and Presentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create process flows, availability of preprepared templates that can be customized per need.
What do you dislike about the product?
More icons, pictures and symbols can help in building symbolic, nonverbal diagrams and flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams , process and business flows to internally present and illustrate. Saves a lot of time using available templates. Pictorial representation benefits quick representation of data or information and saves time.

Excellent tool to start process flow, technical flows and to illustrate data or information to the team and there are options to collaborate as well.

Lucidspark is a great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark will greatly help me in creating a kanban view project for my team and visualize the OKRs and KPI for the whole team§
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular about the software but we do use Asana and this is not yet integrated in the Lucidspark functionality, I know it could come live in Q3 2022, so looking forward to it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously mentioned, this tool is greatly helping me in visualize my project overview and set key OKRs and KPI that can be seen at a glance by the whole team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidspark is very easy to use and will greatly help any visual learner like me to create a complex project and break them down with an easy visual aid. The integration with Azure and Jira are also great, although we currently use Asana (not supported) but apparently it might be implemented in Q3.
Used for creating processes in RMA and Logistics

Easy to share with other colleagues, and it has a grid which makes it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Creating or updating Logistics processes. Makes it easier to understand the process.
Decent collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
- fairly easy to navigate and use for 1st time users
- very easy use with up to 15 people at the same time (I have not tried with more yet)

- I'd love to have an option between "post-its" and "cards" without having to "lock" the font on post-its yet have more space to type a couple of sentences

Incredible Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark allows my team to collaborate virtually in a live manner as if we were sitting in a conference room with a whiteboard. Without Lucidspark, we couldn't work nearly as collaboratively nor effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive to use some of the advanced functionality (e.g., voting buttons) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucidspark for all things product innovation, including outlining user flows, capturing user interview notes, designing tests, etc.
A great gollaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of LucidSpark is the amount of integrations - I can integrate it with Zoom, Slack and Google Drive. The ease of use is great, I can share easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have its own video or audio calling features and I wish I could make charts/graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is that work is now remote-based, the benefits of Lucidspark is the ease it allows remote teams to collaborate with each other easily.

Lucidchart for network planning and visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI makes it easy to learn and use; variety of printing options available; makes for a very clean, impressive presentation; I had chosen Lucidchart over other options as it struck a balance between function and cost for a relatively small side project
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Visio stencils/files don't retain their functionality and act as static icons; scaling tool can be frustrating to use at times, especially when working with floorplans; connecting lines occasionally behave oddly when trying to adjust them or objects connected to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me gain a better understanding of how my workplace's network ticks, both logically and physically. Recreating our office space and the locations of networking equipment has been very handy for both maintenance and planning for upgrades.
