New to Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
It's my first time using Lucidchart, and it's impressive how intuitive and powerful this tool is. I used it to build business process diagrams, and it's helped me a lot in speeding up my day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides yet. I'll need to use it a bit more, but so far everything is great.

Great for diagramming org charts!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform provides templates for diagramming and easy automation tools to make charts clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find parts of the platform that I dislike, but perhaps there are too many options. It would be nice to have demos on which templates to use at which times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making clean and easy-to-read org charts and process diagrams.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the features provided by the lucid chart are extremely important in the software development cycle. We can create usecase, sequence, state, class, UML diagrams which are essential in software engineering. We can share the document across the team, and team members can work and comment on it. It also has some cool features like layers, presentation, and third-party icons (AWS service), etc., which add value to the diagram during the presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, all the features provided by the Lucid chart are great. It has an easy-to-use interface that helps get started with the diagramming quickly. It makes collaboration easy. It can improve the viewing of the history of changes made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in the software development process. If we are making the project from scratch, we can create Usecase diagrams, Class diagrams, and Sequence diagrams which helps in understanding the requirements and flow of the project. If the project is being improved or enhanced, we can use the layer feature to make the stakeholders understand the approach we are going to take and the changes we intend to make.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use software which makes software development process fun.
Great Visual Design Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is easy to use. I was able to quickly create flow charts and organizational charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this point, I have not found anything that I do not like. Sometimes the AI does not configure lines the way I intend, but I can adjust accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving project management problems by helping others see visually what we are working on and process flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it and find it easier to use than Microsoft Visio
It’s very helpful for presentation and making critical subject easily understandable

It's user friendly and it has many option to export in different styles. It also creat a fancy presentation which can score high. It also have a option to select for different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zooming option by using mouse gestures are little bit funny. Printing a sheet directly from Lucidchart is little bit tricky. Share option is not regulated to all mediums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating flowcharts and presentations for our process and simplifying the process as we discuss it. This is very beneficial when comes to process simplification.

Easy to use with many icons that can be connected together.

Nothing specifically, maybe if the number of icons increased and be connected to an external library.

Simple to use. Great short tutorials online. Get you up and started quickly. Really getting into using layer and toggle function.

Not found anything to dislike yet. It does the job I need.
