What do you like best about the product?
flexibility of work space to manipulate the data and post it notes and ease of re-organising
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent explored the full potential yet, so havent really got to any significant downsides as I see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using to brainstorm and organise ideas remotely with team and it promotes participation. In fact we still use it when we are together in meeting room rather than physical whiteboard as it is captured and re-useable and very flexible. I also use it when just myself to help organise thoughts.
Very smooth and complete application.

Lucid provides a vast array of options to visualize our solution. Also, very great features are there to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sample chartes can be more real life like scenarios.

Transportation and supply chain-related scenarios

What do you like best about the product?
Before i found Lucidchart i probably used 3 different tools to accomplish my goals. This tool changed the way i work and how i see online tools. It combined the functionality of so many products that it became the only tool ill use for illistating my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah i dont know about dislikes, the product operates as intended. Maybe someone doing something more complex than me who has a larger mental capacity can tell you about the time it couldnt do what they wanted it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created process diagrams for major incident management. I've built Service mappings, including dependency mappings with multiple dimensions with built-in hyperlinks to documents containing service information. I've pulled in data from AWS and mapped out system connections and network maps. I've shared projects back and forth between Lucidchart and Visio. I can't think of a time that I've tried to do something in Lucidchart that i haven't been able to pull off. I even use Lucidchart to build out slides in my PowerPoint presentations.
Easy to use and a great professionals tool for a number of different applications
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and easy tool to use with any profession. There are many great templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Lucid chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much quicker to use Lucidchart than to develop something that already exists in a template.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the way the lines automatically snap to their connecting points and ease of exporting. I tried to find free templates and programs until I caved and got a monthly subscription. Totally worth it, my team is always impressed with my clean diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface itself is not the most intuitive for certain functions, but everything is Google-able to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating flow charts and org charts.
Very intuitive and helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use. Very fluid, intuitive and self-explanatory tool. Super useful for real-time collaboration and ideation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled for a few minutes when trying to add an image to my board, but it was quickly resolved by adding the image to "Documents".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a visual representation of complex teams on the organisations, with people, roles, areas and photos.

What do you like best about the product?
The way I can export or edit everything in XML is very easy to use.It is very simple to learn and use as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now but I hope to see if we can make the connections better.I have used it for a limited time and see it is working fine for my usage. If you can share more tutorial videos in the tool that would be helpful

I can tell my design stories better using this tool, and it helps me in my daily tasks while representing idea flows or even for brainstorming sessions as this has multiple options/templates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to find a component to visualize anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not responding quickly. It might be related with web browsers or connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the lucid chart to visualize a process or technical architecture. I also used lucidchart to create wireframes in the past. It is possible to use it for different purposes.
Excellent software for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many diagraming and charting software in the past in some of my previous roles; however, Lucidchart is by far one of the best, particularly in the ease of use and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. It's perfect for anything that involves drawing, revising, and sharing charts and diagrams. The fact that you can also collaborate with the team is an added bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignment on who does what and streamlining in what we do. It has undoubtedly made a positive impact on how we brainstorm ideas and share them within the team. I strongly recommend it!
