Great tool for facilitating brainstorms
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use & intuitive interface, a great tool for collaboration amongst teams

The arrows that link each object are not always easy to control

Collaboration when working with remote teams. Makes it easier to map out processes and flows

What do you like best about the product?
I haven't noticed any significant improvements since I wrote my last review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could take it out of diagraming mode so that when I'm working on things that aren't flow charts it doesn't constantly try to create arrows between elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having workflows and diagrams for my team to reference has been invaluable. It's a great tool to make sure we are all aligned which is of course key to the success of any project.
Lucidchart nerd alert
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Lucidchart from canvas sizes to fonts to shapes and templates to get you started visually describing almost any type of workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve on using it, but the more you do it the easier it becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for documenting processes, collaborating with my team, creating wireframes and even collecting random notes. It helps to be able to share access to one document and see who's in it at the same time.
Great collaboration tool to replace Visio
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate in real-time. Documents are updated instantly and multiple users can edit a document simultaneously. Having a common tool that supports multiple platforms is perfect for our mutli-operating system organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface when drawing can sometimes be a bit clunky and seems a bit less advanced than Visio when it comes to connecting lines. Some of this is related to the symbol library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge that it solves is moving documents from being stored on user devices to the cloud ensuring access to the most up to date version of the document possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with the existing components to quickly build a wire frame. Easy to export to formats for sharing

It would be great to add a conversation bubble component, currently, I am using the cloud shape instead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Lucidchart for documenting a complicated workflow of our app login process. Lucidchart helped me quickly pull the workflow together and articulated the workflow clearly to our stakeholders.
Great and very cool drawing tool for create graphs, designs, charts. Easy to use, easy to save.
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple design to understand, not a complicated interface. Lots of templates exists and you can almost find any suitable template very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far using it find that I like everything. No any things, that I can bring as dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems, that using Visio is too complicated and costly. Find suitable tempate or drawing design nearly impossible with Visio, so lucidchart is awesome alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, navigation, and intuitive integration of the different components within this tool. The Action functionality allowing you to like layers within a chart or tie in other charts allows you to create powerful presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes challanging to edit in the correct shape or flowchart boxes when they are stacked but once you learn how to Arrange boxes that touch it become clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built all of our business processes into Lucidchart process maps allowing us to illustrate gaps in the workflows we wanted to enhance. These also became the foundation for training tools.
Lucidchart is great for plotting lifecycle comms
What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM and lifecycle marketer, it's very important to be able to see a holistic mapping of our customer journey strategy. Lucidchart is able to help us do so easily and we're able to visualize the flow. It's a very easy tool to learn—intuitive and drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can sometimes be frustrating. For example, the connecting arrows between shapes when overlapping are difficult to select the one you want. If you have words associated with your arrows it can become even more frustrating to select the right arrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to map out customer journeys. It is able to help me visualize the flows before we put in our CRM tool. Because only members of the CRM tool have access to the mapping of our workflows there, Lucidchart is what we use to show the journeys to stakeholders or if we're creating a deck for presentation.
General Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy use, can be used on any browser and there isn't any set up, or configuration time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options for images part of the chart, inside blocks, etc. I also do not like the screen dimensions when viewing long flows, I wish it could autosize the screen so I can view it and read the text it better, maybe a scroll in feature to view particular parts of the flow. I would like to also use emojis or other icons or have a feature to draw in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving processes and development flow. The benefit is to easily visualize end-to-end flows and understand where the bottlenecks may appear or if there is an error or issue with the process.
Engineering documents for non-engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Simple intuitive interface with powerful feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turning snapping on/off, placing images and routing lines is harder than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engineering documents, wiring diagrams, flow charts. It's a swiss army knife. I love that it's one tool for multiple uses so I don't have to learn yet another piece of software.
