LucidChart Works Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Being online, it is very collaborative and easy to navigate. It is interoperable with other file formats as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to find prior files, or am unaware if I have rights to another file from someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped us visualize a number of our internal and partner processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great hosted replacement for Vizio and other tools.
Lucid Spark is a Must Have

I like the templates to get you started the best.

I really do not dislike anything at this time.

I've supported project planning with Lucidspark and the adoption of agile methodologies.
Great product that allows for quick creation
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of great templates that are easy to use. Intuitive interface that doesn't take a lot of time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be heavy on the resources sometimes. Some more options for file formats for exporting would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcharts for workflows and processes. Allows for better visual sharing of ideas.
Lucid's feature of post-its was great to organize ideas and work live with my team

The post-its feature and being able to work simultaneously with colleagues

Moving around the document is difficult.

it is replacing a board during facilitation of workshops and allows interaction in live time
Great Templates for business
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Templates are beneficial to creating workflows and action plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Importing is not user-friendly because of lot of technicalities

This has made presenting ideas across teams virtually, quite easy!
What do you like best about the product?
This has everything you would need on a whiteboard to get your idea across to your teams. The visuals are appealing too.

Its difficult to get accustomed to a virtual whiteboard but eventually you get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve architecture discussions using Lucidspark. A discussion with some visuals is always beneficial than one without and with Lucidspark you can have an interactive one.
Amazing Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is jam-packed with many features, and most of them are very easy to use and very minimal, or no learning is required to implement them. Anyone can become a pro user soon

There is nothing I dislike about Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for team collaborations on day to day basis. All of the whiteboarding sessions, Brainstorming sessions are done using Lucidspark. Major decisions are taken efficiently by using Lucidspark as it provides a clear picture of all the things planned or communicated
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For efficient collaboration and decision-making in any project, always use Lucidpark. It brings up the team together in better communication and finally an excellent end product.
Lucidchart is quicker and easier to user than Visio
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has quick copy paste abilities, lines route easily, and exporting the file can be done in multiple ways (.pdf,.png,etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limits on some features (like total shape usage or total shape types used) when using the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out process workflows and identifying waste in workflow areas. Having a repeatable and shareable process makes training easier.
The best app I used for diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I have used all apps in the market, and I have tried all of them for a period. But I will be honest Lucidpark was the best app I have used. It can be integrated with other apps also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems a little bit slow. Maybe they can change the design to look more knit and luxurious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making diagrams, presentation charts, collaboration during meetings
Lucidspark is a great mapping tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to fully visualize a project, map a website, and include links to documents and pages all in one place. It makes projects so much more accessible to all the parties involved - client, designer, copywriter, program manager, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be super nice to be able to have a "branded" option where the colors & shapes auto-populate based on the client's key. You can create templates, which helps, but I think that could be developed a bit more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with multiple team members across many time zones is challenging. Lucidspark helps me get organized, keep everyone on the same page (literally!), and clearly communicate the components of involved projects and funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend this product! This is an excellent mapping tool that brings major clarity to projects, and it makes site development and funnel creation so much easier. It's especially great if you are a visual learner, or if you are working with a team. Lucidspark makes collaboration extremely easy, and I also generate links that make co-use with Slack, Asana, and Google Drive exceptionally easy as well.
