Wonderful online tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user friendly interface, helpful online staff and clear diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate subscriptions but this one is not too bad. Would like a little more selection of shapes. Or custom shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagraming for my company. I need to be able to show work processes to clients and this helps me do that effectively.
The best tool out there.
What do you like best about the product?
A well-crafted collection of templates with good documentation and tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't easily modify an existing template. That would get it to from a 9 to 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mapping data models and business processes. The templates help us to have a good balance between precision and user-friendliness for the info we share.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to like, but the tools at my disposal--and their ease of use--are probably one of the best features of Lucidechart. They are easy to use, which means I don't have to spend too much time learning everything before jumping right into a project. I also love that multiple people can collaborate on a single project simultaneously!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is sort of a double-edged sword, but there are so many tools! I think it can be a bit easy to get lost if you don't quite know what you're looking for or have no experience with this sort of software. Still, the basic tools are easy to find and make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collaborate more effectively among our working groups and share thoughts that would have otherwise been difficult to capture. This is particularly important for capturing processses.
Great online tool to depict business flows
What do you like best about the product?
very simple to use and learn. it has a lot of features similar to visio which i am used to, so it was easy to use it without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
though its quite responsive, may be a desktop version would be helpful.

To create business workflows, swimlanes etc

Functionality. This product is a lot easier than some other charting programs

Sometimes the drag and drop is not as responsive as I'd like

Easy to draw and organize with the alignment and snapping tools.

Extra icons built in would be nice if the could be added by default.

Great Charts to work with, very easy to use and great for presentations

so far i dont have a bad input form it, all is working just fine

Process improvements, project flow, EHS issues to work on, i make project charts to reflect the way we should manufacture but also can be modify very easy.
Almost zero learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly and efficiently create professional diagrams with ease. Version history with compare, restore, etc are a huge benefit in a team environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ends of line segments can get a little finicky when connecting to process shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are diagraming API interactions with our solution. Lucidchart is a must have tool in our sales process.

I enjoy the simplicity and ease of use that lucidchart offers our teams. It is easy to collaborate with our various teams and make sure we are all on the same page!

Nothing so far. I have not ran into any issues within Lucidchart.

Lucidchart has been instrumental as we build out new processes internally.
Lucidchart fits best for day to day flow diagrams and defining the high level architecture.

Easy drag and drop interface with most useful templates available.

Some more feature on the data architecture should be available.
