Simple Drag and Create your FlowCharts with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
the Drag and create with edit options further to compliment unlimited workspace to keep adding

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has been instrumental in brainstorming activities to create flow charts on the fly. We love using it with our clients as a visual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid is a bit manual intensive. I would like to be able to create a timeline and if you adjust one date, I wish the subsequent dates would update automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a visual aide for your clients has been the largest help! Also, I love the sharing capabilities. Sharing is extremely easy and used frequently at my company.

Do it! It really is a great tool that anyone can figure out how to use!

The user interface is straightforward to understand, and all the necessary tools are readily available instead of searching for them.

I was unable to import a few existing process maps in (.xls) format from another similar tool.

Easy & quick diagrammable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Access to various flow figures, quick drag & drop, ample of paging space, collaboration with team members over the charts to provide comments & feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple pages aren't supported in a single workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving couple of our business usecases with their solution flowcharts & getting it implemented with better visualisation and ease of understanding, lucidchart powers & makes the process of solutionising easy.

Lucidchart helps me visualise processes within our business and see the areas where we may need more development. We are a small business at the moment so its really helping me formalise things

It can be a bit fiddly at times with arrows

If something is really complex get onto Lucidchart to try and break things down. Its a great way to present to stakeholders in a professional manner
Very quick and simple, professional and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate your way around the site. I set up 4 flow charts which are very professional and have now been sent out company wide. Very very impressed and will be using going forward.

Sometimes it is hard to line up with the grid when zooming in and out which changes.

I used lucid chart to create process flows that displayed our deadlines to employees - this helped massively and actually looked so amazing that i was able to send to boht employees and stakeholders etc. Overall very happy with the service

What do you like best about the product?
The vitualization is great in the portal and the templates makes it very easy to create. It's great to create new and better maps with the in built templates .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sone of the borders and frames can be difficult to adjust when needed. The templates can be more easy to edit and give more freedom to the creators

I use it mostly for my work, I am a BA and I find Visio blend to present in front of my manager. Lucid charts has a very pleasing look to the eye and I can play around

Ease of use. The menu items allow for quick generation of workflow diagrams

While hardly a serious issue, you need to use hot keys to paste.
