It seem that they have a nice variety of colours for notes organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far... Still, due to trying this application. I think it would be very useful to have the ability to link the system with my Google Keep notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would open up the communication channels across different departments when setting up treatment plans with the team's collaboration supporting a joint project.
Lucidspark is great for drawing architectures
What do you like best about the product?
The template gallery is superb, all the basic cloud etc. architectures and flow charts are there you just need to customize them to suit your needs

Maybe there could be a integration to confluence that would be superb

Drawing architectures, the user experience is much better than with visio
Easy, Intuitive and Incredbly Useful
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the software is how easy it is to use. Creating complex flowcharts that are simple to understand. So much neater than any I have made before!

You are limited to using it within an Internet browser.

We use a lot of processes at my place of work and it has made developing new employees into the team so much easier. Visual guides on how things work I personally find the most useful.

The Best Part about Lucid is the userinterface and navigation tools, not to mention the vast collection of categorized tamplates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I could find disliking of the software.

I work in a contact center, and visualizing the call flow with logic and function in one chart is pretty powerful.

It's a great and powerful tool; give it a try, and that is all you will need.

the limitations on basic version and having to upgrade to use the other features

Project managing work flow and processes for our new CRM database
Amazing tool for visualising real customer pain points

I like the fact that I can map out the customer journeys. I can collaborate with colleagues to capture real pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot have a call with my colleagues within the tool. This would be a nice touch.

I am using Lucidspark to expand customer journeys. User journey flows are the jobs-to-be-done that the product must resolve to acquire a customer and to prevent competitors from winning the race.

The multitude of capabilities available with Lucidchart to tackle a broad range of tasks and applications

The UI could be improved with additional features that make ease of use more centric

I have used Lucidchart primarily to redesign and make adjustments to the shop and warehouse floor layout, making use of the floorplan template

Straight forward program, user-friendly and does not require software to be installed onto the computer to use.

Does not have every tool or function to perform my task.

Generating graphs and diagrams have been such easy with Lucidspark. Content can be shared online for other collaborators to work with.
