Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use as a first-time user. I didn't need to check any documentation, though what they have is also pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have needed a tool like this to create more professional technical diagrams. It's great that it integrates with Microsoft Teams so anyone can easily share it.
Simple to use and has some really cool features like quick shapes that you can drag and drop.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the shapes that you can easily drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no google chrome extension available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily open Lucidspark to explain business processes to my clients when on a zoom call.
Need an Organisation Chart? Lucidchart is super easy
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a way of making an organisational chart that outlines the business structure. I tried a couple on the internet but gave up quickly as I had to read too much or watch too many videos to figure out how they worked. I stumbled on Lucidchart and found it was an intuitive system. I made my chart within minutes. I also found it easy to share with my colleagues and have them edit the chart (even though I was on the free version at the time). Ive since discovered it does so much more so am now a happy customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I click on something, a message comes up that the function is available on the premium subscription. The icon functions seem easy , so I'm not sure if there needs time for the system to realize I now have a paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structural charts, bubble diagrams and the ability to also place faces in the charts will help those who are new to the school and don't know the names of staff.
Great for Working Through Complex Information
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has an intuitive design that allows you to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to use the product for a few hours to really unlock all of the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark to diagram complex information. It helps with both my ability to understand the material I'm working with and my ability to communicate that information to others.
As a person who likes to explain things in detail and charts, I find this very useful

I like explaining things on a visual level. I love making charts, diagram and work flows. This has worked better for me than explaining things verbally.

As far as I'm using it, I think I'm okay with everything

The ease of use of the software is great. No need to hunt for anything, the user experience is well thought out and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame I can't export the diagram to a code format so I can include it in source code which is then versioned.

We use it to define processes in the company I work for. We also diagram infrastructure so that everything is reflected in graphics.
Lucid Chart makes brainstorming our sales campaigns easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart makes adding and subtracting ideas to our sales campaign so easy. Lucid Chart is like having a big poster board available without taking up all the space. I like being able to add flow charts, links, and shapes as well as different colors to my charts

There is a learning curve to using Lucid Chart but once you have the hang of it it's pretty easy.

Lucid Chart allowed our remote team to solve the problem by having a place where everyone could go to look at and edit our sales campaign in one place.

Drag and drop functions are super easy to use. I also like that the shapes, arrows, and text are very customizable.

There is nothing I dislike. Great program!

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly WYSIWYG platform. Useful templates. Drag & drop & clipboard capabilities make for easy graphic import.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be careful about personal/organizational subscriptions. Unintentional ties are time-consuming to unlink.
