What do you like best about the product?
There are templates ready for any type of style you might wish. It saves me so much time instead of using other tools from 0. You can be practical but the quality of your reports are extremely high.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be tips to extend templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with continuous service improvement for my company. So, mapping current services is essential and Lucichart makes it way easier for me to present those maps in a simple but sophisticated presentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using templates that are already created instead of trying to build one from 0. There are so many templates and you can definitely find one that meets your expectations for each report.
Easy, fast, professional
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed with how smooth the online experience is. It previously held me back to local, desktop-based software, but Lucidchart proved me wrong. Also, the extensive set of templates makes it very easy to use and fast to create professional diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any functionality that I missed or features that were not working as expected. For personal use, the free-tier limit to the number of objects is perhaps relatively small, but luckily I have not faced that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Solutions Architect, I often create diagrams to express ideas or visualize complicated concepts in a simplified manner. Diagrams can include sequence diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, class diagrams, or architectural overview diagrams. Lucidchart helps me do this quickly, easily, and professionally looking.

Many varieties of templates are available in the service, which are automatically saved in the cloud service.

I need to be familiar with an interface at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are not required to install software, unlike Visio others. When I create engineering schemes or flow schemes, I use this.
Also, the benefit of this software is friendly to Microsoft 365. It can be used alternatively instead of Visio.

Lucidchart Flowcharts are a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I found the app really intuitive even as a first-time user. It was easy to build a flowchart to showcase a business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest more templates to start from!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building process flows in Lucidchart to easily show how certain decisions or actions lead to one another. The biggest benefit is a live working document!

Utilize the support articles and search for topics when troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
There's no learning curve to Lucidchart. It's really to get up and running as a beginner and do some complex things as a power user. I like the ability to be able to pin my favorite shapes from various kits/stencils
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all built-in shapes cannot be fully styled. Some only let you change the outline's color but not the fill color, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to easily whiteboard and sandbox concepts. We've begun to collaborate asynchronously with the commenting feature on shapes and the document as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily one of the most capable diagramming tools I've ever used. Any feature I need, it's there... along with tons of templates to help me get started on a new project. I also like that it's easy to share my work with my team and collaborate on larger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are a little bit buried or unintuitive, which is unfortunately a common problem with most software platforms that are very feature-rich... it's hard to make everything immediately obvious. However, with a quick Google search I've always been able to find the things that I couldn't figure out on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is responsible for architecture and development on dozens of websites that run on a variety of technology stacks and integrate with a number of external tools and systems. Having an easy way to build visualizations for these systems and how they integrate together is important for us as we look to better document our processes and provide more transparency into the team's work. In addition, we've used Lucidchart several times to create process flowcharts, org charts, etc.
