The collaboration capability and the swimlanes.

Sometimes the text formats too small and you need to break it into two boxes to be able to read it.

mapping process/data flows for clients in a way that they had not realised could be done so neatly.

I like the export feature. I also like the various diagrams, makes it very easy to communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily create process workflows. Also, it is great to be able to live edit the files with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it was hard to locate the last chart that I was working on. I had several charts from various departments and it was hard to locate each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing new process workflows for our company. Lucid allowed us to create a custom workflow that was easy to read and understand.

Enjoyable user experience, loads of different pre-made templates for all sorts of needs, intuitive, supports collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be grand if it could support integration with Google Docs as we use a lot and would benefit greatly.

We are mapping out customer journeys and operations processes to support better onboarding for our clients. We've just started using Lucidpark, but hoping to utilise it more in the future. It's also great for the visualisation of various projects.

If you're looking for an easy, user-friendly, and cloud-based collaboration tool - that's definitely the tool to use.

The flexibility and the capability to design efficiently any kind of chart, without designing experience.

Sometimes the connectors act a little bit weird, but once you understand their behavior, you can use them properly.
