Lucid Charts is Terrific
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create unique shapes in my custom shape library, as well as lock items in place. These previously mentioned features are handy when designing, as you can quickly move objects or choose to lock them. The ability to develop at such a low cost is one of the great benefits of Lucid Charts, as you can use it recreationally and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to use the buttons on the screen to zoom in and out, and you cant use the scroll wheel. I feel this would have been an excellent edition, and it would likely expedite the process of designing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve professional problems when I design and try to make uniform templates for municipal submissions. I use this professionally to prepare drawings to be to scale accurately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend having a background in CAD because that will help your designs.
Great Visualization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. Can make revisions easily as well and is inituitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant areas of improvement that I noticed. My diagrams are pretty simple flows so there isn't much heft that the tool needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems noted at this point. Really solid in creating process flows and walking through how that should be designed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great visualization and collaboration tool. Intuitive and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
LucidCharts gives me all the tools and features my business needs for our diagramming needs. Most powerfully, compared to previous tools we used, the online and real-time collaboration features make LucidCharts really stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
While LucidCharts provides a humongous amount of features, I would love to have more fill styles available for diagram objects. For example, patterns such as striped or dotted should be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What's really powerful is the ability to collaborate on a diagram with multiple members in your team in real-time, without having to email versions of a file around. Everybody can work on the same file together at the same time, and see what each participant is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can produce process outlines and how quickly I can do this by utilizing the templates included. I have found that the support and engagement have been very proactive, which is appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints. Any issues I have had have mainly just been user error and the fact that I am still learning the software. Maybe some native hints/guidance when trying to complete tasks?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucidchart to create basic process outlines for new proposed process within our company. I have been able to communicate processes easily and effectively to my teammates with little effort or time investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can complete a detailed overview of my network configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using Lucidchart I felt like there was a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating a chart to visualize the permissions within groups and I enjoy the visual representation.

Best Diagramming Tool I've Found to Depict my Client Networks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use of this tool the most. The online interface is truly second to none from what I've found and made the job of diagramming my client's networks a snap!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I have found that I dislike about LucidChart. The only recommendation I might have is to allow for more shapes and perhaps upload our own graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients want a clear cut and visual depiction of their network infrastrucutre and Lucidchart is helping me to do just that. Being able to view a network diagram adds tremendous value to the relationship I am building with my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Lucidchart if you are needing to diagram just about anything, but my specific use was for presenting a network diagram in an easy to view and understand depiction. Lucidchart solved that for me!
Best tool out there for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most valuable things I found were the flexibility and adaptability Lucidcharts offers. There's a feature that allows you to link data and see real-time changes across documents and automatically fill diagrams from data in Google Sheets. That's plain awesome and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the # of elements limit on free accounts was too low for my taste. I would have bought the premium account either way because of the perks, but I felt forced to due to that limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining complicated data algorithms and structures becomes straightforward through Lucidchart. It's also easy to access for everyone in multiple teams inside my company, so it has become a great tool for showing new implementations across different teams.

Try other online tools too, you'll quickly convince yourself that Lucidchart is the best and most professional tool out there.

There is a template style for every project.LucidChart offers many templates for flowcharts, planning, and tracking, brainstorming, organizing people, increasing sales efficiency, account maps, developing business strategies and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything I've run into that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucischart to update for diagramming and brainstorming tools. The different templates make brainstorming onboarding improvements fun!

Highly recommend Lucidchart to teams looking for tools to help diagram, plan, brainstorm. It's easy to use and helps improve efficiency.
Lucid Chart helped my orgnaization
What do you like best about the product?
I think in boxes and sticky notes so to be able to use a process to diagram this makes it easy to organize and share my ideas. I love the brainstorming sessions we use with this feature as well. It makes it very interactive, especially because most of our meetings are done from a virtual platform as well. People can visualize what we are trying to outline before rolling out a new process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little bit for me to figure out how to input the data as it comes up a little small, but the tutorials are a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving process redesign problems. We are also solving marketing plans and outlining a great sales plan in the field to generate more business. The reps' performance has increased due to a more structured window into their world.
