Very helpful in collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to edit diagrams collaboratively with multiple people. Being able to view changes done by other, real time is such a nice feature. The availability of multiple templates for any purpose. Very simple to use and no steep learning curve even for fresh beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, moving items around can lead to unwanted changes. Dragging an moving around items need to be more glanular. That is, when i make a selection of multiple boxes by dragging the mouse around, i should be able to select what all items will be affected when i move the selection around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating business workflows to clearly define business processes, which are vague and requires really good tool to clarify them. Using it to create Organizational charts to clearly chart out organizational structure. Creating UML diagrams for use cases and mapping activities and sequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a grade above the rest of the diagramming tools available in the market regarding simplicity of use, ease of setting up, templates available, and collaborative tools. I recommend lucidspark over other diagramming tools

The connectors are flexible and dragging with the objects. The canvas expands.

the charts are easy to create and the sample documents create a good starting point.

Some of the styles out of the box aren't as modern as other diagramming tools.

I am diagramming user and software flows. This helps to quickly communicate internal processes to key stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use and develop a chart in few mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, but UI can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to build a chart, and anyone can preset that to others in much detail.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the program was easy to use and with the integration to Google Workspace, we were able to collaborate as a team on a very in-depth mindmap of our internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to figure out where everything was and how it all worked, but after a little bit, it was pretty intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from white boards and hand written notes. Lucidspark allowed us to collaborate as a team dynamically on screen.
Solid, Intuitive App
What do you like best about the product?
The LucidChart platform was incredibly easy to pick up in a short amount of time. I was able to create high quality graphics and charts with minimal experience, and my team was thrilled with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no snap-to-align feature to align components which made it difficult to center and organize different bubbles and boxes with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've really struggled to find an simple and effective tool specifically for creating charts, graphs and diagrams. Lucidchart is easy to you, has an excellent look, and the ability to build complex graphics and integrate plugins. I can't speak to the collaboration components as I have only used the product on my own, but I will be referring clients and coworkers to the product.
Great tool for brainstorming and creative collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The design flexibility is perfect for collaboration, and I love the different tools for editing (text, shapes, sticky notes)
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside to it for what I use it for!

I use Lucidspark for brainstorming and also visually representing strategy and competitive analysis, which is really helpful for me to visualise information.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-intuitive, and easy to use. Not additional training needed.

The categorization of the files is not the most easy thing to organize.

I am pretty new, I have used draw.io in the past. I like lucid because it is simple and easy to use. It has a wide range of icons and images

At first I found confusing differentiating between Lucispark and Lucidchart.

Integrating phisical UX Design practices in online versions such as brainstorming, evaluations, testing and sprints.
