It is just about there, but it is missing features like BPMN 2.0 structure.
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty straightforward to use - almost as a detriment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing the ability to import .bpmn files - an accepted file format for business process modeling. This is a large miss as it immediately classifies the product as a second tier business process modeling tool. ISO 19510 outlines BPMN 2.0. It should be supported as a minimum.

Great for Teamwork, But Has a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
What I love is how easy it makes teamwork. Whether you’re using Lucidchart for diagrams or Lucidspark for brainstorming, the tools are super user-friendly. You can start quickly with drag-and-drop features and templates, even if you're not tech-savvy.
The real-time collaboration is a standout. Team members can work on the same project at once, make updates, and give feedback instantly, which is great for remote teams.
Plus, it integrates smoothly with Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools, making it easy to stay organized and connected across platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and tools that it takes time to figure out how everything works, especially if you’re new to visual collaboration platforms.
Another downside is that some advanced features are locked behind a paywall, which might be frustrating for smaller teams or individuals who don’t want to commit to a higher-tier plan.
Also, while it integrates with many tools, syncing can sometimes be a bit slow or clunky, which disrupts the workflow.
