What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has a comprehensive suite of templates for a variety of use cases. This helps with inspiration and means you're not building everything from scratch.

I didn't find it particularly intuitive on my first try. I think the UI could do with more hover over for a pop up with more information so people new to the software can get up to speed faster.

Retro Resource

  • February 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Lucid is that it is very collaborative. The ease of use and features provided such as voting, color coding, real-time collaboration, and the ability to take the information gathered and turn it into an actionable process is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could create a template for my Retro that can be used and reused with new individuals. My team had never used it before and they made of mess of my beginning product. I would like to be able to set a master view and a collaborative view that keeps my instruction and processes from being editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indeed, a focused yet relaxed approach can be remarkably effective when gathering process improvements. By maintaining a balance between concentration and ease, we create an environment conducive to creativity, collaboration, and insightful problem-solving.

In this state of flow, ideas flow freely, and participants feel more open to sharing their perspectives. It’s akin to a gentle stream—purposeful, yet unforced. As we navigate this process, let’s embrace the tranquility that allows innovation to flourish.
