A complete whiteboarding solution
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has been a great tool for product ideation. We had started using Lucidspark for brainstorming with software architects and product management team for kick-starting a new project. It has proven to be extremely easy to use and gets the job done. There are a multitude of options to choose from to simulate a real whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing complex diagrams that spans across multiple screens and scribbling notes was a bit of a challenge as compared to a real whiteboard. Other than that, I couldn't see any challenges or downsides in using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a promising whiteboarding solution for solving the collaboration challenges that came with remote work settings. We are a team of 15 individual contributors who outline the architectural and functional requirements of software tools. Since we were already using Lucidchart for creating flowcharts, we did not have to look any further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering alternatives for a whiteboarding solution for remote teams distributed across geographies, Lucidspark is a great tool that ticks most of the check boxes for your collaboration requirements.
Lucid for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid allows multiple users to collaborate in real time without having to change control to ease person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found downsides as it fills the needs that are required for our brainstorming and rapid ideation.

Real time collaboration has become much easier with the limited use of lucid spark.

I HAVE NO DISLIKES AT THE MOMENT [EXCEPT FOR THE FREE VERSION LIMITING YOU TO ONLY 3 EDITABLE TEMPLATES PER MONTH UNLESS YOU GET THE PAID VERSION]

I HAVE BEEN SOLVING ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROCESS PROBLEMS WITHIN MY COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO BEEN ABLE TO BETTER PAN AND STRATEGIZE MY MARKETING AND ADVERTISING. THERE ARE A LOT OF BENEFITS TO USING LUCIDSPARK! I LOVE HOW ORGANIZED AND PUT TOGETHER MY WORK FEELS NOW!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive ways to make, update, link, and manage flowcharts of many different types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the templates requires some finesse to get them customized to my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Lucidchart to add visual interest to my procedures, work instructions, presentations. I find it especially useful for making decision trees that involve complexity and require extensive planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to explore the types of flowcharts outside your comfort level. I've learned a lot by using the mind-mapping and swimlanes diagrams that I didn't even realize.

I love how easy it is to move shapes, connect shapes, and visualize what you are trying to portray

I didn't love that you need a premium account to include a certain number of shapes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are visualizing our deal flow process to streamline it and visualizing the relationship between different entities in our company. It is great to have the ability to share and see others working live on the document.
More Essential than the Microsoft Suite!
What do you like best about the product?
Pictures speak 1000 words - and that is where LucidChart/Spark shines. It is the catalyst behind every great idea - breaking down barriers in communication and serving as the backbone of every project I run. I couldn't function without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was an offline app.

System architecture, flow chart, project planning, calendaring.
For All Visual Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid char never fails when it comes to visualizing your thoughts, ideas, and plans and sharing them with the team. The lucid chart also helps remote teams in collaboration. The best part is the templates that are easy and ready to use. Building flow charts to brainstorming ideas, lucid charts is my go-to tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more templates and tools for dashboard development (mockups etc)

Visualizing ideas, brainstorming and explaining concepts to stakeholders using mind maps
Easily depicting Complex flows!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and toolbar placement. The existing templates cover almost all kinds of charts that one will ever require. Editing them and customizing them to your needs is a breeze with the tools that are present.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing, I have been using MS tools and other products to make charts and flow diagrams, but this one just takes the cake. The ease of use and implementation is great.

Visual depiction of data flows from multiple sources.

It's a great tool and specialized to handle problems. The other products in the market aren't even close and not this focused.
An Amazing Tool for Team Collaboration and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Lucidspark is the ability to collaborate with team members virtually and see their edits immediately after they make them. It is helpful for live brainstorming exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, but the one thing that I think could be improved is the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark to help my team organize our thoughts and plan our workflows. I have realized the immense benefit of being to do this visually while still remaining virtual.
A very clear and concise application

Being a web based application i was concerned the the UI used would not allow for presentation class standard to be produced.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI that runs across the page seem a little hollow and by this i am referring to the lack of colour within the ribbon both horizontal and vertical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Processes, the benifits I am currently seeing whilst using Lucid are the ease of modification of documents and how crisp and clear they are.
